This morning I went to the location in Duluth to pick up an online purchase, I made it clear in a thousand opportunities, this time my purchase was in the area. pick up and I had to do it is customer service where two women were very rude, they don't know how to listen, trying to tell them that the order is not there, it is not the first time that I have done it, I am attended first by the assistant store manager who does not have a badge with his name where I can and I say sweet and he gets upset and starts a lot of mistreatment my point yes I was treated like that by a manager what can I wait for the person in charge at his Amazon kiosk told me I can't believe how he treated you So I'm waiting for a response from a sensible person who represents this corporation for the moment. I think I'm coming back. Oh, I almost forgot, she yelled at me that her name was Celeste and that she was the assistant manager.

I’m not a fan of clothes shopping; however when it comes to Kohls? I can spend 3 hours in there. I don’t know what I’d do without Kohls; they have everything I can possibly need in life clothes wise; from underwear to dressy casual to athletic clothing. Full shoe dept. Kitchen & electronics; bath and bedding; (like a mini BB& B in a sense) jewelry…purses; perfumes; some locations have ULTA inside. I encourage ALL to please shop @ their local Kohls & let’s make sure we keep this dept. store open; we NEED Kohls… Men/women/ teen/ kid/ toddler/newborn…they have it all honestly…in this age with all of the on line shopping and all of our dept stores closing one by one, i love knowing o have the option to go on try on clothes (ordering and sending things back if it doesn’t fit? Leads me to say that Kohls is also an Amazon drop off location to return packages) Highly recommend downloading Kohls app; they always have a minimum of 10-20% off happening it seems (Google if you don’t see it on their homepage) Nike & Columbia & Adidas etc.. sometimes don’t apply; but they carry it all. Last tip? If you are looking for affordable Kids Bday gifts; Kohls ALWAYS carries Books and stuffed animals for $5 (charity) near register; they have so many to choose from! ♥️

This location is clean, well organized, well stocked, they have great sales and the check out lines are fast. The staff was very friendly, but not in an overbearing way. There are a variety of styles and sizes to suit everyone. Plus, as a kohls charge card holder, I got to use a 30% off my entire purchase coupon and received a great kohl's cash coupon to use on a future purchase

The employees are polite, but I feel like the store doesn't cater to men's clothing. The prices are expensive for what's available and the semi formal wear is not impressive. I've tried going tons of times but this place just isn't it.

This store has 27 handicap spots to park. The first 4 spots in every aisle, for the whole length of the parking lot. Then you go up to the door, and there is no automatic door opener.It's absolutely ridiculous.

I still have yet to actually go inside a Kohl's store, even though I've seen them around for years. My hubby went to this one recently and took me on a video tour of the place while he was there. No one else was really in the store - seemed like a very calm, quiet atmosphere. From what I could see, it reminded me of the old Sears stores a little bit. I still would probably go check them out sometime. He mainly went in to do a free Amazon return which he had no issues with. He picked us up some candles that were on sale while he was there. Overall, a solid experience and worth another look probably in the future.

Love the store!! I placed a ship to store order, and it seemed to have been misplaced , but the employees were very helpful in locating the box :) I almost gave up and was going to leave the store but patience on both ends paid off :) Great service !!!! The store overall was very neat and tidy.Would recommend this location and give it more than 5 stars if possible!!!!
