The races were very good, but the staff provided a poor service. It seemed like we asked for free and we paid for a good service, but it was not possible.

This place was awesome. I was a little skeptical on the price. I think it was $65 for 2 races and a shirt which was x3 for me because of my kids doing it. After the first lap, it was all worth it!!! After the first race, I was wore out. Had a blast, but wore out, lol! Anyway, as soon as I took my helmet off, they called our names to go again for our second race. Then, the adrenaline took over! So, the only two issues I had was the very brief break between races (which I understand) and the one shirt I wanted that came with the package, they didn't have! So there's a wall of shirts to pick from and the reason I picked the package with the shirt was to get that shirt. After the races, went to pick my shirt and they didn't have any. Very disappointing! Overall, I'd definitely go again and recommend. Only advice... if you don't go fast, you'll get run over....lol!

I had a bad experience with K1. I paid for my races four days before arrival online. We checked in signed waviers and ready to race. They said they would call thier names for the race. We'll that didn't happen. I had to ask. When I did ask they could not find one of the boys on the race list. Had to go back to registration and get that fixed.
Food service sucks. I ordered 6pc wings, a 12 PC wings and chicken quesadilla. After 50 minutes I received one 6pc meal. The excuse was they only have one oven. What the what!!!! One girl said ooh she is placing the sauce on the wings, okay another 10 minutes go buy still no wings. I asked another girl and she said it takes 12 minutes to cook the wings. Ok great it has been 40 mins where is the food.
Then I asked the manager for a refund. He should have refund the entire order as a courtesy. I was beyond missed at this point.
Good place for the boys to have fun but we will NEVER order food from them. Actually will probably never go back.
