The people at this place are awesome! Big shoutout to Quenessa, Brandan, and Evelina for all their help! I bought my (now) fiancee an engagement ring there and they helped me out big time during the entire process. They don't just treat you as a customer but an actual friend who aren't just trying to make a sale. I went to a lot of other Jareds and other jewelers but stuck with them because Quenessa really knows her diamonds (super super nice too)! Brandan is the man with a clean suit and tie everyday (enough said).I am 1000% going to be buying both our wedding rings from there and any other jewelry. I have already referred them to a bunch of my friends/family!Thanks for making the experience awesome and see you guys soon!

About 2 years ago, I had the channels in my wedding band rebuilt by Jared because they told me there were loose stones. I've, literally, had nightmares about losing the diamonds. These diamonds were in my grandmother's wedding band (miner's cut - jewelers no longer use this cut). I went back after 6 months to have them checked (warranty requirement). All was good then. Six months later, I'm told that a stone is loose. I paid, AGAIN, to have the channel rebuilt. I took the wedding and engagement rings to be inspected in mid-December. The woman told me that there were loose stones in both settings, so much so that she was afraid to clean the rings. I told them that the wedding ring had no issues for 22+ years, and they've had to rebuild the channels twice. I told them that I couldn't help but to question their workmanship. I snatched up my rings and stomped out (I resisted my inner Karen).I asked for recommendations on Nextdoor. There was one jeweler who had the most recommendation by far. I took my rings in there today and was told that there were no loose stones at all. So, as I suspected, Jared lied to me. They'll never get my business again, and I'm hoping they won't get yours, either.

I love this store. The customer service was phenomenal. When my mom couldn’t find a necklace design she like with the side of the diamond that she wants it, we come here. Quenessa is the person to go to she not only help us find a loose diamond, that she absolutely love. We also find that a chain that goes with the diamond beautifully. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much!

A sign explaining how the security door works would be a nice start. ) Something like (Wait here 10 seconds for light to turn green) would be of help at directing customersThe store set up leaves one wondering where he/she can go to get help once inside and the reps inside act perplexed at how to figure out who to help next. (Maybe a number/ticket machine would help) needless to say I wasn't helped in a timely manner.. the initial problems with the door were off putting and the overall 15 min (5 of which was spent figuring out how to get in and out the building) experience was a negative one

Please do NOT use the jared credit cards the interest rates is Extremely high and they ask to put you on a low 12 month deal in which they still grows interest I'm stuck with paying $1134.46 ?? NO HELP from customer service!!! JARED SHAME ON YOU AND DON'T SAY IT'S OUT OF OUR HANDS THIS IS HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT A LONG TIME CUSTOMERS!!!

I purchased an engagement ring a week ago from this location. It’s a great atmosphere with a friendly staff. Brandon is the man! He helped me pick out a ring. He had great energy, he made sure I was ok with my decision, and was very knowledgeable. I hope to see him again when my fiancé & I go back to choose our wedding rings.

Jared is the only authorized Tag Heuer dealer in Atlanta. I brought my watch to them for repair and was turned away because I didn't purchase it from Jared. You really can't fix stupid. No one asked if I was willing to pay for a repair (which I was), and no one cared about securing any future jewelry business, which clearly won't be going to this place.

This not a five and dime jewelry store. If you're buying fine jewelry yes this might be the perfect fit but anything less then in cost five hundred to start then keep stepping.

We had a great experience picking out a bridal set here. They have an amazing selection of gems, especially the sapphires. They have ice, Kentucky, and traditional sapphires. The fashion jewelry was beautiful as well and very tempting! I'm extremely happy with my ring! Customer service was great as well. Thank you Bibi!

They need to work on their customer service. I came to pick up an online order got buzzed in and was not greeted at all 2 minutes later another lady walks in and was politely greeted immediately with a smile by a lady who stopped helping someone to help her while still ignoring my existence and when another associate asked if I was helped after standing for an additional 6 mins I was finally brought to Who I believe was Janet who was very nice even made small conversation which is what customer service is about Thank you Janet and the other young lady who helped out I appreciate it!
