Ripped off skin during a wax. Not on any skin medication that would predispose me for this to occur.

Customer Service & quality is great! I followed my favorite Nail Girl to this new location & I've been so satisfied! I've recommended Candlelight Nails & Spa to a few friends & they've all made this their go to spot!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Since Tiffany left this place has gone down. The woman who has done my nails was rough and filed my cuticles too hard and I had a bunch of hang nails. I told her to stop and it never got better. Watch out for the pregnant lady SHE IS TERRIBLE!!! I will never go back here again, they lost a loyal customer.

I have been going here for years. I think the quality goes up and down but overall good job. What I appreciate is they will go out of their way to correct issues, which do not happen often for me. They do what you ask and get it done pretty quick. The overall vibe of the salon is small and quaint. I enjoy this salon.

I went to Candlelight because of its previous good reviews. I am giving two stars because the manicure is literally just applying the dip powder. Ti my knowledge and in all the years I have had my nails done, a normal manicure includes: cleaning cuticles all around the nail, detailing cleaning the side of the nail for death skin, filing, color, and a massage to end. That is a normal manicure, not talking about a “Luxe/Special” one. I had my cuticles “clean” with what they use now the electrical remover, which is a great tool but is not a full replacement of the detailed process of cleaning and cutting death skin and cuticles, this was done and nothing else. The i had my nails filed and dip powder applied. I had to ask for the lotion rub that is always part of the manicure, it is not an extra luxury step. I asked the guy who did my nails why he didn’t use the wet method to clean properly my nails and he replied “thats how everyone does it, dont ask me why”. If this is how nails are being done now and then the prices keep rising, it is a scam and a robbery to all women who had been doing their nails for years. Then dont charge $40 plus tip.

This place was terrible for whatever reason today everyone had the worst attitude and were acting like they were doing nails for free and no one was paying for them. I usually have a good experience here but today was the worst experience I felt so uneasy. I wouldn’t go back again.

I believe you have to come to an establishment more than once to truly know if it's good. Maybe they were having a bad night or I just had poor technicians. I had to direct the tech doing my pedicure during the entire service. It was so bad another tech had to come in and fix at the end because I was on the verge of tears. The tech doing my fill in filed one hand of nails skinnier than the other then told me it would be $5 extra to change the shape. She stated that was the shape of the nails. As my check ins show I just received a full set during my last visit and you just filed them but now they are not even so I will have to pay you more to fix? At the end of my pedicure service the technician who fixed my pedicure asked me to remain in the pedicure chair since she had just polished them ( I was in the last chair). A man comes out of the back and tells me to go to the front. I shared with him the other tech asked me to stay In the chair. He said no go to the front. (All of the pedicure chairs were empty and no customers waiting to be serviced). I said ok. Of course my nails smudged. So they had to repaint them. This experience was not like my first and I left more stressed and wishing I had not come here. I spent over 2.5 hours on a classic pedicure and acrylic fill in services (none of that was wait time..,I was seated upon entering) and my toes are still not even . Tip: the prices listed are not accurate. Make sure you explain what you want and they give you the price upfront.
