fantastic location, the property itself is fine (not terrible, not great), my room was fine.. only problems for me were having to physically come into the office once a week to renew, instead of being able to pay online.. logistically that was annoying sometimes. Sometimes there was loud talking / other noise well after 10pm

I have been here 1 week, but and the carpet needed to be cleaned. I was told by staff that it was cleaned before I moved in, but the huge black grimy sticky stains says otherwise. There has been a lot of traffic coming in and out of this room before I moved in. I can't explain how bad the dumpster area is, It stinks so bad.

My room when I arrived was clean and renovated! Helpful and polite staff on duty! I love Amari and NUNU if you have any troubles reach out to them. The property is quiet and clean! Overall stay 10/10 thank you Intown suites extended stay family!!

The stay here has been excellent the two ladies in the office are very nice and respectful,The house keeper lady is awesome and the maintenance guy is great they are a great team I love it here in 239 thanks to Amari and the team for all they do here
Rooms: The rooms are very well keep up with nothing broken or not working
Nearby activities: Close to 3 different grocery stores,Walmart,right off 85 just in the middle of all you could want to do
Safety: Very safe place no disturbing activities going on very quiet and easy place to stay at

My family and I are awaiting our apartment to be ready so we’ve been here a few weeks, the staff Nunu& Amari have been very helpful and so polite! The maintenance man on site is pretty cool he keeps a good eye on the property and says hello every morning! Overall stay is great and the rooms are renovated & clean!! Thanks for giving my family and I a comfortable roof over our head for this extended stay! Blessings

I’ve been here for a while and left and came back due to unexpected circumstances. One thing I can say is that management is excellent to be honest. They work their hardest to accommodate us here. I truly appreciate the GM Amari, I honestly feel bad that she tries her hardest and you have certain guest that ruin the property while she tries to clean it up and make it livable for all of us. I’m not sure what position Anush has but she does an excellent job of keeping things together even when Amari is away. The only complaint I honestly have is the guest above me have no respect for others that live below them even when management gets on them constantly. But I also will say that the Gm Amari and Anush has been doing a great job on staying on top of them and handling the situations here at Inn Town Suites professionally and properly. They truly care about our well being as we stay here. It’s like family and some people don’t have that so it’s much appreciated. Thanks for having me here most definitely. I’m working on leaving because it’s not meant to be permanent but I will refer some people here because this is one of the cleanest and well ran extended stay I know.

Came on a work trip and the rooms need renovation! The staff were really nice! Would recommend management to improve the units and I will be back!

I left motel 6 and came to intown suites they checked me in while I explained about my prior experience from motel 6. I ended up getting a premium room and loving it. Feels like an apartment they do weekly or daily checks and notify you in advance that they are coming and it’s not a long time when they do there checks. Love how they keep the water clean and filtered and spray for bugs. I wish people would respect it more over here cause the staff keeps it well maintained and clean. Amari needs to be paid more to put up with some off these people and all that she do and never disrespectful. Appliances are well kept cable and WiFi are always available which is a plus for me. Washer and dryer are available for your use anytime. Enjoying my stay.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while, this is hands down the cleanest intown suites I’ve ever been to before inside and out, I came back a second time a few months in between and the second room was just as clean as the first. I’ve been here about 3 months and I haven’t seen a single bug!! That’s unheard of at any intown suites. Also the brand new beds, linens and towels etc it’s worth the extra money for the premium rooms. The manager Amari very clearly keeps things in order here and her and her staff are so kind and attentive, I feel welcomed every time I see them, that’s one reason I’ve chosen to stay. Any time I need something done in my room they respond quickly and efficiently. The property outside is always clean, I never feel unsafe any time of day and in response to a previous poster about “sketchy people” in the smoking area, they’re not sketchy, they’re residents who stay here and don’t bother anybody!!! It’s a smoking area, so of course people will gather there and smoke and talk etc, if that makes you uncomfortable then smoke in your car.They do weekly security checks in the rooms and I believe that plays a major roll in keeping things clean and bug free here and to make sure everything on the property is safe and working properly, I appreciate the attentiveness, the checks take less than a minute so its not an inconvenience and they tell you what day a week in advance.Amari deserves her flowers for running such a tight ship!!! Herself and her staff work hard to keep things running smoothly, Y’all’s hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed!! Thank you?Walkability: Less than half a mile away is a huge shopping center with a ton of stores. Most of everything you need is within walking distanceFood & drinks: This is one of the best areas in north Atlanta to find a huge variety of food from Vietnamese to Korean to authentic Mexican, Mediterranean, vegan and so many bars and sit down restaurants. A huge majority within 5/10 min drive
