  I recently visited International Repair Services and was thoroughly impressed by Stefan's expertise. My white 430I had a big black scratch on the back bumper and an annoying rattle from the parking brake cord. Stefan expertly repaired both issues at an exceptional price. His dedication to his craft, honed in Germany working with luxury vehicles, was evident in every interaction. Originally, I just needed a quote for my bumper, but Stefan's outstanding service has made me a loyal customer, choosing his shop over the BMW dealership for all my future car needs.

  Too bad I can't give this place no stars. It's amazing this place is still in business like most on Buford highway the owner Stephanie is the type of man that needs serious intervention. I guess it depends how potent the coke he sniffs how he is going to treat his customers.

  I have been taking my two BMWs (5 Series and X5) for service and repairs to International Car Service for over 10 years - every time the vehicles are properly serviced and repaired. I don't have to worry if the issue has been fixed.

  I went to many BMW dealers in the suburban Atlanta area, none were as upfront and professional as Stefan. I was away having surgery and he made my car repair experience as seamless as possible. He walked me through what needed to be repaired from the most severe to the least. We decided on what was going to get repaired first and what could wait. As a result of the honesty and efficient service I will be dropping my SUV off next Friday to finish the remaining repairs. It's refreshing to have a auto mechanic you can trust and count on in the times we are in when every dollar counts. Stefan is going to owe me commission because I already referred three friends to have their vehicles serviced by him!???Services: General repairs & maintenance

  If I could give this a minus 5 stars I would !!! If you care about your car don't take it there . I had a lot of minor repairs . including air condition my air conditioner didn't even work when I got the car back not only did the air not work the belt was so squeaky and annoying I just think I got ripped off for almost $3000 then to top it off I get a ticket in my mailbox with my car speeding in a school zone mind you I didn't have my car that day they did !!! so I had to on top of that pay a freaking ticket because my car was speeding through a school zone if this isn't messed up I don't know what is ..

  My car was low to the ground because of my air Compressor was not working I went to many shops and they all tried to overprice me I come here to international car service and the Mechanic took care me for half the price that these other shops we're trying to charge me people I tell you he is the best when it comes to foreign cars there is no one better he is the best.

  Stefan sold me a 2000 323i bmw with a cracked head . I purchased the car with a written agreement that he would repair anything wrong with the vehicle. After having the car for over 2 weeks he Assured me everything was fixed on the Vehicle and charged me another $1200 on top of the $4500 I paid for the car .Stefan shut the vehicle was repaired and there was no issues. Left that weekend to go to the Georgia game . As we arrived In Athens And got in the traffic car begin overheating . stop the vehicle beside the road Added two bottles of water to the radiator went and parked vehicle went to the game. Came out of the game after the games was over . The temperature gage Would go from hot back to Normal like the thermostat was getting stuck . Stefan Said He had changed the thermostat. About a third of the way home the car quit running.We had to get a Lyft cost $100 because I Had my daughter and her friend with her that I had to get home.

  Excellent experience. I bought a used BMW X5 back in February and within 2 weeks I had smoke coming out of the engine. Anytime you buy a used vehicle you should expect some type of problems but I was not expecting problems that soon; however, I was prepared for it. I initially took my BMW to the BMW dealership and after keeping my car for a week they claimed I had a crack gasket among other problems. Gaskets are expensive and needless to say I was very upset so I contacted the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. After a week they claimed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and they had driven my BMW several times and noticed no smoke. So I took it as the BMW dealership being dishonest and trying to take advantage of me. So I took my keys and drove off the dealership lot and within 15 minutes of driving I had smoke coming off of the engine. At this point I was so upset of dealing with dishonest people. Stefan had given me his business card when I initially bought my X5 when he saw me in the parking lot of a convenience store and I decided to give him a call. I told him the issues that I was having and told me to bring it in and I am so glad I did. He diagnosed the problem within 4 to 5 hours of having my vehicle. Turns out there was no gasket problem at all which was a relief and it ended up being my pump which Stefan took me under my BMW to show me exactly what was wrong and then was able to order and replace. I also had Stefan do a tune up on my BMW and he used all BMW authorized parts. It's been 2 months now and my X5 runs as if it was brand new. There are competent honest mechanics out there if you can find one.....I found one in Stefan. Highly recommend!

  Beware! I did not purchase or have a vehicle serviced here (nor would I ever!) but I had a horrible experience with Stefan. A mutual business associate gave him my card. He phoned my company to have leather seats re-dyed on a Lexus. Upon arriving I noted that the entire interior was filthy and in terrible shape and that the leather was dry rotted, cracked and ripped in various spots. Although I shared this with Stefan and also told him that we did not want to even attempt to cover up the deteriorating leather with a simple ”Spray job” he insisted that since the vehicle was sold “he didn't care how long the repair would last” and he only wanted to “make it look a bit better”. Against my better judgment we agreed to do it and settled on a price. When the job was complete however, Stefan backpedaled saying that the work was not what he expected and would only pay approx. 2/3 of the agreed price.
