Wanted to give a big shoutout to Benson! We came in late the afternoon on Tuesday 9/3 to see a QX80 and went from just looking, to test driving, and we bought it. Benson was great and got us from pulling in, to pulling out in just of a couple of hours. Buying here was quick and hassle free! Superior customer service! Thank you Benson for staying late and thank you Infiniti of Gwinnett for what a car buying experience should be!

Staff was very helpful, facilities clean and comfy, complimentary drinks and snacks available. Elvis was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase which helped out with my decision to buy that vehicle.

Benson Vo was a great salesman and huge help. However, his manager Judy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insulted me and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I was so upset by her I began physically shaking from anger. I walked out of the room because I did not want to get into an argument with her. I am not someone who gets upset easily, so that should say a lot about how rude she was. She really needs to find a different line of work.

I have been taking my vehicle to Infiniti of Gwinnett for several years. Alyessa is the best service department representative there. After your vehicle has been service she makes sure to call and do a follow up to ensure everything is running smoothly with your vehicle. She is very pleasant to work with and very professional. She will be my service department representative as long as she is with Infiniti of Gwinnett. If she decides to go to another Infiniti dealership I will follow her. Thank you Alyessa for all you do for your customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely give 0 stars !! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE ! I REPEAT DO NOT! I started off as a scheduled oil change , after waiting 3 hours for a oil change as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot my car started smoking , leaking , with the alert of “low oil pressure stop vehicle” . I turn around & was told they forgot to place the seal back on causing all of the oil to leak out so now I cannot make it to work due to waiting 3 hours plus additional time to redo the oil change . I expressed that I have to go to work they informed me they have no loaner cars & basically I just have to wait .. They finally finish the oil change & now my AC isn’t working on my driver side when my air conditioning have been working perfectly all along ! Now I return for a third time to explain the new problem & no accommodations could be made or said . I was informed I would be quoted a price to get it fixed , I informed everyone including the manager that my air conditioning was working perfectly before arriving & still no accommodations could be made other than to be quoted for a replacement fee ! I WILL NO LONGER BE BRINGING MY CAR HERE FOR ANY FUTURE SERVICES !!! They never diagnosed my car for the problem of the air but assumed what it could be , when asking how did they know what the problem was with no diagnosis the manager Greg stated because it’s common & don’t need a diagnosis, his job is to diagnose cars all day he knows . I also asked well why wasn’t anything mentioned about it when returning my car to me or on my diagnosis paper & his answer was because I didn’t state that I had an air conditioning problem but how can I state I have a problem that was never broken until under your service 3 times in one day ???

I want to give a huge thank you to Elvis Tabakovic in sales for helping my grandmother decide to purchase her first QX60. He was super professional while still having a good sense of humor, helped us understand the car, and answered all of her questions about it. The newest car she's ever driven was a 2004 Toyota, so getting a vehicle with a lot of modern options was a huge leap, and he was very patient and helped her figure out how to set it up with her phone and everything. Also she was very excited that his name was Elvis, just like Elvis Presley lol.
