I've come here three times now for general service. Devyn has always had the best customer service. She remembers my name when I come in, always breaks down what service will be done. I explained I was heading on a road trip and she reminded me about the services they provide if I should have any troubles on the road. Very friendly and personable, she makes Infiniti of Gwinnett service department a good experience.

Today I had an amazing experience with INFINITI of Gwinnett service. I got my wheel bearing replaced at no charge (still under factory warranty) very quick. It took only an hour for them to finish the job. Their waiting area was exceptional. They got premium snacks, hot coffee, drinks, phone chargers, free wifi. I own different luxury car brands and I went to Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Porsche service but I think INFINITI waiting area is even better than those brands. I also got a complimentary car wash. I want to thank Mr.Hollander for his customer service. He took care of me from A to Z. He guided me from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much for respecting your customers, INFINITI! Great job!

These folks are deceitful and liars. Took my car in several times about overheating and they charged me $1000 for something that wasn't the problem. Car overheated after I got it back and blew the engine and they blamed mods and denied my warranty and got my engine warranty revoked and it was a porous block leaking coolant from a crack in the block the whole time. Don't service your car here be warned.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Worst infiniti dealership in Georgia. Service department will lie about the work they have done. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolutely awful experience!! my center console went out. I could not adjust the climate control, I had no access to my cameras, had no Bluetooth or radio function. I took it to Infiniti of Gwinnett dealership and it was like I was a number. they told me my entire TCU unit had to be replaced. The estimate was $3000! When I tried to ask more about it, I was never able to speak to any knowledgeable technician, only the service advisor who knew absolutely nothing about cars. So I had to try to get the part number and investigate other alternatives to get this repaired. This dealership was marking up the part alone by $900! I got a canned response from them about the cost of inventorying it when I asked why. Ended up driving all the way to South Atlanta Infiniti, and had an amazing experience! Took me an hour to drive there, but they did a hard reset and all of a sudden everything worked! Saved me $3000! They would not even charge me a diagnostic fee. I will never go back to Infiniti Of Gwinnett. EVER!!

DO NOT COME HERE ! WORST DEALERSHIP you can possibly be serviced by. It's so sad that i was financing an infiniti from New Jersey that i drove here under WARRANTY and they REFUSED to fix my censors which was covered and they small other things wrong with the car. Then they gave me a loaner vehicle for 3 days expecting it back, and that's exactly why i didn't. I've heard a couple of pissed customers trying to sue this Office. They are literally terrible and The black workers there are white washed . Long story short, spend your $ esle where. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE . DO NOT BRING IN YOUR CAR FOR ASSISTANCE.

Was a great experience until I drove the vehicle off the lot...We bought a beautiful used 3 yr old CX80. The Dealership and salesman assured us all inspections and diagnostics were done and the vehicle was in good shape.We were thrilled...only thing I asked for was new tires...they said the no and that the tires had been inspected and where fine. Less than a month after purchase we were out of state and had to bring the vehicle to another dealership...they immediately said we needed new tires!?! When I reached out to Infiniti Gwinnett they said the other dealership "was just trying to sell me services"Yesterday was at my independent mechanic for an oil change and he says, "you really need new tires"...so I'm in for for a $1000+ invoice for tiresINFINITI OF GWINNETT HAD TWO CHANCES TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND DIDNT...AND INSTEAD BLAME SHIFTED...POOR INTEGRITY IN MY EXPERIENCE
