I dropped my business taxes off in early March to Grace Uy. She said she was very busy with everyone’s personal taxes and I was okay with it. I checked back in with her a week later and no response. So I called again the following week and she said she hasn’t even looked at my taxes. I drove to the location the same day to go get my business taxes. She seemed to have no intention to do my taxes in a timely manner. I took my business taxes to the Collins Hill location and my taxes were done in two days. I would never use this location again and before of the tax professionals to not be professional!

When they did my check they put in the wrong information for the direct deposit then turn around and becoming the office to mail the check that they sent me emerald financial services who did not want to give me my money back until 90 days after the check was first sent to me I'm very unhappy with your service and I will never be doing business with them again.

In and out in 10-15 minutes. It's fast and super easy. Their staff is very personable too. They really seem like they care. They give you a full breakdown of your taxes(whether you owe or are getting a refund)and accurate projections for future taxes. Its always best to have someone do it for ya rather than online which can take hours.
