The Duluth office was amazing! It is because of the manager Barbara & tax consultant Cathy! Outstanding customer service I was very pleased with their support. I had a horrible first experience with the pleasant hill location and these two ladies definitely set the expectation of not wanting to lose a customer. I received an unexpected call from Barbara wanting to get more information on the experience I had and was very accommodating instead of me going somewhere else. Cathy was extremely knowledgeable and bc of her patience and expertise she got me more money back than the initial representative did . She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely sweet.

EXCELLENT (and much-needed) small business help from Tim Ferns and Natasha. Doing "Second Look" at prior years, which were filed incorrectly by another accounting firm. Tim is especially knowledgeable about business taxes and solving challenges presented by COVID. Will be back and continue to work with them.

MISFILED MY TAXES, they misreported my income and had I not looked at them myself I would have paid it.I found multiple mistakes in my 1st set of documents and they DIDNT EVEN FILE, my second set of documents. I was repeatedly assured that everything was fine, but these people clearly have no idea what they’re doing. I dont know if I’ll be audited, but they clearly didnt care about the integrity of this process or the customer. Take your business elsewhere.

Hello I went to h&r block Feb 20 ,2023 they told me not to file they said there will be no earn income tax credit this year and that they don't itim itemized I'm a truck driver they said they couldn't help me at all they should go out of business.

Duluth ga office is not good they can put on a fake show act nice there nothing nice don't care about your money they care about there money not helpful the advice they would give you is not to file your taxes instead of trying to help you.

I went with an appointment and it took them to attend me 1 hour!! They keep telling me, I will be with you shortly but nothing happened. Definitively terrible!. If they don’t have a free spot let me know, don’t get me an appointment and keep me waiting there for more than an hour!!!!
