Be aware before you waste your time going to this place. I took my weed-eater to have it fixed and I was in shock when the skinny older guy(I can’t recall his name) told me it was $100 per hour to fix my weed-eater! and there was not guarantee it will work. I was baffled not only for the price he was giving me but also his poor customer service! He was rude. I couldn’t believe and called to speak with a manager. I spoke with two different managers and both of them were rude and told me they charge $115 per hour! His name was Steve the other manager was the Customer Service one now I understand why the associates are rude. Can the owner of this place clarify the pricing please.

I work for an organization that placed an order for several mower and equipment parts. Howard brothers said they would deliver on a certain day. No one showed up. I called again and the representative in parts said it would be today. It's quitting time and no delivery.

I purchased chainsaw which is under warranty. The chainsaw broke down. I take it back they say the problem it’s not under warranty. I said OK give me back my chainsaw. They said we lost it. Just give us some time and I left the store. I came back after four months, they said we destroy your chainsaw I ask why because was too long so what’s the option? They offer me under $150 which is I pay 700 I said no and he went back. Oh we find here go that’s bad Customer Servis. Please be careful with this people. Plus my chainsaw still under warranty.

Bought a Stihl chainsaw for $200 and got a call 30 minutes later from someone named Rich to ask whether "I PAID OR NOT". Gave him the invoice number and he said "great".Never seen this level of ineptitude to accuse someone of not paying due to their inefficient systems.Never going back!

Whether it's Ventrac, Stihl, Honda, or Exmark, Howard Brothers is always right there to help us out at Gibbs Gardens. We recently needed to quickly purchase a new Exmark mower and the turn-around time was fantastic. Our mower was delivered several days ahead of schedule. We appreciate their great customer service

When you need something, think of Howard Brothers first. They have everything and they’re super helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone greets you with a smile and they have yummy, free popcorn!

Had the worst experience with the guy name Brian. He was very disrespectful. I was trying to return a product that broke. And was trying to get a different product that lasted longer or that I was able to use. And was asking about guaranteed and he just me to go buy somewhere else and took the part from the countertop was trying to have same experience has I had in Home Depot. But won't be coming back to this place at all

I used to come here as a kid with my mother for kerosene for the space heater. Anyway, I came here a few weeks ago to get insulation for pipes since the temperatures would be in the single digits. The staff is nice and friendly if you're struggling to find something.

Unlike The Home Depot and Lowe's, they have employees that seem to actually want to work.Although I go to The Home Depot and Lowe's more frequently, it is only because those two are more conveniently located. I get the easy stuff at those locations. But when I have questions or need help finding the right product, I go to Howard Brothers where the employees make an effort to be knowledgeable of what they sell.Prices are a little higher, but you won't find yourself going back-and-forth exchanging what you purchased the first time making a return and purchasing the 'right' product on multiple trips. The Home Depot and Lowe's have gotten so bad, even the employees tell you to purchase 2 or 3 of something, try them all, keep the one that works, then return the ones that did not work. As far as that goes, I may as well just order stuff off websites which give you equally unhelpful knowledge of what you need.Yep, I'll continue to drive past The Home Depot and Lowe's to get to Howard Brothers when I know I need help or have questions purchasing the correct product the first time.
