My advice to ANYONE is tp avoid doing business with Home Decor. This is the most corrupt, unethical company i have ever done business with. We bought a bedroom set from the branch in North Charleston, South Carolina. We were told repeatedly that due to Logistic delays , COVID etc our furniture was delayed. this has been 2 years we are yet to receive our furniture or a refund. Their Finance company ACIMA is just as crooked.

I've purchase a bedroom set in May 2022. I got the wrong color dresser and don't have the screws to put up my headboard. I've been to the store once and a manager said everything will be taking care of. Never happened. Also I can't put up my headboard because I don't have the screws to attach the bed frame so I can put up the headboard. Also I'm paying for it every 2 weeks

I ordered furniture from here didn’t get all my items and the store closed down no one got there money back or furniture. They keep sending me emails to give them money and my dresser to my headboard will be delivered. Home Depot is a Big Fraud and I want my dresser or my dam money back

Please note :That I had filed a complaint with the BBB about their refund policy on items that were never shipped not delivered nor refunded. As of 1/27/2022 this company rating with BBB has been revoked. PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE NO LONGER AN ACCREDITED COMPANY.

I would give this company a zero if possible. Fair warning to anyone that needs furniture do not buy from this place. I ordered some furniture early last year and they did not know when it would be coming in due to the pandemic. I asked for a refund in September. This company is refusing to refund me almost $900. I have called and email. No one is answering their corporate phone nor their emails. I will never do business here again and I WARN everyone to never do business with this horrible company either.

They ordered floor underlay and when I got there with there load they wouldn’t take it made me sit on it for 6 days because there people couldn’t unload it now it’s 9 days till Christmas and because of there appointment setters my family don’t get to have Christmas this year this company doesn’t care about there products or there customers on the other hand lowes always is there ready and takes care in all there products that they sell and takes care of all issues within 2 hrs not 6 days

I am still waiting on my refund on an order placed Feb. 2021. My refund should be $800+ but you are charging a re-stock fee for items you never had in stock. I am furious at the way you have operated during COVID. If you don't have the items in stock or they will not arrive when customer requests their needs then that needs to be communicated to the customer. West Columbia, SC is good for lying. I am now upset with home office for not cutting refunds in a timely manner. It does not take 3 months to cut an approved check. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY...ASAP. Thank you. I have to rate with a star & you don't deserve that. My next move is an attorney.

This is a very unprofessional company. I've been waiting for a refund for a dresser I never received since April. Been calling and leaving messages and no one has returned my calls. Even complained to BBB. My last option is an attorney.

Made my full pay me back in March 2021 still no answer as to when and where my Furniture set will arrive No one answers the text messages no one’s answering the phone at this point I’m ready to be fully refunded

I ordered furniture over 3 months ago from the Southaven Ms. Store haven't received my items yet. Everytime I call they tell me the same thing. We will have a delivery date soon. Can't get a answer at corporate thru phone. Is this company out of buisness. I have fully paid for my order. Over $3000. This is sad. I will never buy from here AGAIN.

Have been trying to reach this companies warranty department since November 2020. Purchased a mattress from Home Decor Outlet, West Columbia, SC. Upon getting it home realized it was ripped at side seams. I assume from loading. Kept the mattress and slept on it for 2 months. It is awful. Dips, indentions and back pain. I have made contact with the store 2 times. First contact they said I had to complete a claim and email it to the warranty division. I have since sent this claim in on 3 different occasions, 11-23-2020, 12-12-2020, 2-6-2021 via email. I have also been back in the West Columbia, SC store 2/2021. I was told by a gentlemen working that day that I had "not done it right if you ain't heard nothin back." This company will not answer correspondence, the West Columbia, SC store will not answer the phone and when you go in person to the store the employees are unprofessional.

I am very happy with my purchase! They kept me informed along the way. I was a little hesitant about ordering wood furniture online. To my delight the items arrived in great condition. The packaging was superb. It held up to FedEx!
