The rudest people. We don’t understand aren’t they getting paid? Do they have any kind of training? They treat you like making a favor they don’t want to do. And they force you to pay for extra stuff. The office it’s so dirty if something falls in the floor you better leave it there.

Car was handed over filthy (missing headrests, sticky cup holders) and with an empty tank of gas (but said it was full on the reservation slip). Never using Hertz again.

This is the most unprofessional location. I recheck with the same credit card I showed got there and was told that it was not accepted with no compassion or empathy. I was told to go to Enterprise got to Enterprise they were welcoming, helpful and I was able to get my rental. I will never go to that hertz again terrible customer service and the office was nasty garbage over flowing just a bad experience

I wish there was zero star, I made a reservation four days in advance, when I went to pick up the car, they did not have a car available, but the worst part was the customer service experience, very rude people, they don't greet, they don't smile, and the worst is the attitude. They send me to the Lawrenceville location, this location didn't have inventory either......terrible experience.
I will never again get my business to Hertz Car Rental.

I was quite disappointed with the service. I got a confirmation for what I wanted. When I got there the CSR expressed that having confirmation didn't really mean anything. They always overbook. Upgrade at an additional cost was my only option, nothing smaller either. (Bait & Switch tactic) No walk around before leaving and incorrect mileage on rental agreement. 47514 actual was 50631. Things have really gone done @ Hertz.

Tried to pick up a reserved car. Showed up with my ID and Debit card that I made the reservation with. Was told after waiting 15 min that, they need a Credit Card ON TOP of the debit card being used for the reservation in order to for me to rent “Same day”. This is the second time I’ve tried to rent from
Hertz and both times have been nothing but a headache.

Stay away from this place. I've been here a couple of times, and everything time is the same 1 hour deal just to pick a car that has already been reserved.. poor customer service

Totally agree with the previous reviewer. Worst place to rent a car. This place seems running a scam. You would rent a car thinking it’s cheap and when you go to get your car, they would say we don’t have that car and our system is saying that you have to get an upgraded car and you only have ti pay for that upgrade.

Made my reservation days early and got there to pick up the suv and they don’t even have it ? I could have went somewhere else but now it’s too late. This was such a waste of my time. And the employees couldn’t care less about any of us that were in the lobby.

1. when I reserved a car on Priceline, I went to pick up the rental, but they said they didn't have the compact car I reserved and asked for extra money to upgrade to an SUV. We didn’t have a choice and had to pay extra for the SUV.
2. The employee at the counter was also terrible. I have a lot of experience renting cars, but this was the first time I had such a bad experience. They were very slow and didn’t answer the phone. If I needed something, I always had to go there in person.
3. I returned the car on the due date and left the key in the drop box. That night, they charged me around $80. I thought it might be a mistake. The next night, they charged another $80, and I knew something was wrong. The next morning, I went there in person (since they don’t answer the phone). They hadn’t checked the key box and didn’t know I had returned the car. How awful! Does anyone even work there? The lady told me I would get a refund in 2-3 days, but I’m never using Hertz again. I had a good experience with Enterprise in Suwanee, but not Hertz. I will never use Hertz again in my life.
I reserved this for my husband. I had to read all reviews before I used this rent car company! That was huge mistake.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION BEFORE RENTING A VEHICLE. There is a good reason why (as of my review l) this Hertz has a 2 rating. i won’t waste my time going into detail because i won’t ever return and i will make sure to tell people around me to never choose them as a car rental option. However, all of the other reviews cover the issues pretty well.

There was no car I reserved when I arrived on pick-up time. They didn't care or resolved it. I wasted time, and lost money and plan. So terrible.
