I had my car serviced and when I went to pick it up, they could not find the car. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes until they finally located the car. I followed up to express my dissatisfaction with the experience. But they never replied. Not even a simple apology.

Amazing service at the Gwinett location! The team members were extremely efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend car shopping/service here if you are in the market for a Lexus. Thank you Hennessy Lexus of Gwinett team for making my visit enjoyable :)

I wasn't able to come to an agreement before the vehicle sold. But Matthew Kramer was excellent to work with through the entire process. Being out of state he was still able to answer all my questions and concerns in a quick and timely manner. He was honest with me throughout, and that's something I really appreciate. I hope the dealership recognizes him for those qualities.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a brand new vehicle from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. The process was stress free, pleasant and great overall. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my annoying questions. Very genuine and passionate about his work. More than willing to help me find the best vehicle, specifically tailored to my needs.

After going to another Lexus dealership, I ended up at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I did purchase a 2023 Lexus RX350. It was not all bad (hence 2 stars); however, it was absolutely not an excellent purchasing experience overall. There was poor communication and some less than forthcoming tactics just to get the sell.Among other things, one gripe I have is that I was never told I would receive only one key until the car arrived and I had to ask where my second key was (EVERY new car I’ve purchased has two keys); the salesman claimed another key would be available in a month or two and there would a message in the car advising the key is available??I was charged for nitrogen but I’m not certain nitrogen was added since there aren’t green valves stems that normally indicate nitrogen. The power trunk kick sensor is not properly working, which I mentioned to the salesman as I reviewed the car when I picked it up, but he blew it off as it being temperamental. Well the issue is still happening and now I need to take the car in, but I’ll probably go to another dealership for service since I don’t trust what they do/say now.It is true this dealership tries to tack on thousands of dollars of add-ons, but you can have them removed. For instance, the finance manager tried to lie and tell me I had to pay for some type of gps/lojack tracking device since it was already installed based on the dealership having theft issues, but my car hadn’t even arrived from manufacturing yet. Lexus doesn’t add that, the dealership does, so I pushed back and had it taken off.As for other add ons, I didn’t get any of that. With ceramic coating and window tint, you can literally go down the street to EZ Auto Spa and have all that done with exceptional service and quality at a lower price.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

On April 22nd, 2023, I went to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett to inquire about purchasing a 2023 Lexus RX350. MSRP was $50,000 and I had cash in hand to purchase one that day. The salesman available that day was Joe Harmer and he was a used car salesman but agreed to show us some of the new RX350’s. Joe was not knowledgeable on the features of the vehicles he was showing us. He also informed us there was approximately $5,000 in dealer add ins (nitrogen tires, front window tint, etc).I informed Joe I would purchase the car if they sell me a car without those options and he decided to tell me I cannot get the vehicle without the addendums because they are added at port and every vehicle hits the lot with them already added. He said he could get them removed but the price would remain the same Joe stated every dealership is doing it, which was the first of the many lies told by him.Joe took us to a back parking lot to look at a few of the Lexus RX350’s that were newly delivered. These vehicles still had white plastic wrapping and had not been touched by the dealership. I immediately noticed these vehicles did not have the green caps for the nitrogen in the tires, no tint, roof rack, etc.I told Joe I would purchase one of these vehicles at MSRP and pointed out they did not have those addendums he claimed the vehicles were delivered with. I could tell Joe was caught off guard and getting upset with me. Joe told me I have to purchase the addendums and he will not sell me a car without them once again. I told Joe to drive us back and we would be leaving. Joe attempted to hand me his business card but I declined because I do not deal with shady salesmen who will lie to make a few dollars.The very next day, I took my business to Milton Martin Toyota in Gainesville and purchased a new 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD (MSRP $54K). The dealer had no mandatory addendums and treated me with the utmost professionalism and even dropped the price below MSRP after I explained this situation at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett to them.I will never purchase a vehicle from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett due to Joe being completely unprofessional, lying to me as if I am uneducated, and being the most arrogant salesmen I’ve ever met. Joe thought I did not do not do my research before purchasing a vehicle and he was wrong.

Writing a review for my mom! She loved Alex, he works in the Pre-Owned Department at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. He is very educated, works diligently and fast with his work! Definitely will recommend him.

This is the best lexus dealership i been to.Customer service 10/10. I remember getting my car ordered and deliver in a timely manner. Getting back from serving overseas i was impress with how the car looked and feels after 6 months now i am still in love with my 23 lexus is350 f sport. If you plan on getting a car from here i recommend it. Also, not advertising just my experience.

Me and my wife purchased a 2021 Lexus RX 350 FSport from this dealership. Everything was great up until we bought the vehicle. Upon purchase, we had an agreement with the dealership to redo our rims which the previous owner damaged. The dealership has had a third-party company come and redo our rims at their dealership. Everything looked fine, so we drove off. We washed the vehicle about five days later, and the powder coat came off the rims. Since then, we have returned the car on three different occasions, and they have yet to redo the rims correctly. We would still like for them to be done correctly and hope we can get this done!

Always an outstanding experience! Been a very happy customer for years and they feel like family. Hugh Robb and the sales team are awesome and Joe Gaunt and the service team are top notch. Highly recommended!

If you don't buy your Lexus from them, you get second hand service. My car has been there for over a week and they still haven't fixed the minor issue it's there for. Very frustrating and disappointing. Don't service your car here.

Very good experience! In for a warrantied part replacement, which was done very quickly. Even replaced missing nitrogen tire valve caps, which wasn’t even requested. Everyone made me feel welcome and appreciated. That’s a really rare thing these days!

Britt at Hennessy was so knowledgeable and friendly. He spent hours with us, and at 8:30 at night, he was still in the car with, setting up our music and explaining how many of the bells and whistles work. I will drive from Florida to work with him in the future when we upgrade our NX. Ask for Britt- trust me!
