BUYER BEWARE!!! Hennessy Cadillac is the definition of bad business practices and no customer loyalty.We purchased a car from Kyle at the end of February. The car had damage and I was set to give birth the same week. He confirmed (in written communication) that he understood that the body work would need to be completed at a later date (at my first oil change) given the turn around time from purchase to birth. My first oil change came due in September. I started calling Kyle to schedule the body work, I received no response over numerous texts and calls. After close to a month of trying to contact Kyle, I asked for a manager. I was then forwarded to Nubian. Nubian started the conversation hostile, he claimed he had "no reason to do this work as it was outside the 30 day window". He then asked for proof of the conversation with Kyle (which I provided to him) and he then tried to "negotiate" on the ask given it had been so long. After back and forth over a week, Nubian agreed they couldnt get it done quickly and agreed to pay for the oil change to be done outside of their dealership while he worked to "schedule" the body work. He contacted us on October 25th (via email) that he scheduled the body work for Halloween. I responded same day via email, called his office line AND called the service department to let them know I couldnt make the 31st work due to prior commitments (my son's first halloween). I then proceeded to call and email to reschedule and provided the receipt for the oil change. Today is December 13th, I have called Hennessy directly, I emailed over 6 times, I never one got a call back in the month of November. TODAY I text his direct line, he responded that he never received any communication (which I provided proof of and he responded to the same thread on the 27th). He is claiming he owes us "nothing" as it was after purchase and he was "doing us a favor" and that "you dont get to dictate when the work gets done" and claimed I "no-showed" the appointment he made (even though he responded to my email saying I couldn't make the appointment). As you can imagine, I am annoyed, I am hurt, and I feel like I have had the wool pulled over my eyes by this dealership. I was voicing my frustration and Nubian informed me he was done working with me based on my frustration. So now I am left with a car with damage, no plan to fix it and promises unkept. TL;DR: This dealership makes promises so you buy a car (when youre a week away from giving birth) and then their associates and managers do not follow through, regardless of what documentation you have.

We bought a vehicle from Hennessy in early 2022 that has had some issues almost since the start. While I'm not too frustrated about the fact that the car had issues with initial quality, the level of service we've received has been not only below what I would have considered to be Cadillac standards, it has been far below what I would expect from the lowest cost brands. Promises not kept, deadlines not met, and many voicemails left that nobody ever responds to - including both the service manager Kevis and the general manager. Seems like a culture problem that starts from the top. We are at over a year of repeated visits and the issues with our vehicle are still not resolved. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Highly recommend being very careful before doing business with them.

Purchased a pre owned certified XT5 through James Shelllaugh, a pleasant experience. Some attempts to purchase other brands of autos, was frustrating and there was no negotiating either their price or walk. Glad I kept looking and was very impressed with the results.

I've been shopping for a new Ct5 for the last few months. All the local dealers play the old games that give dealers a bad name. I did a search and Hennessy had the car I wanted.Roxanna got back to me immediately and David closed the deal quickly. So easy and very FAIR. I drove 250 miles to get the car. Bypassed a lot of Cadillac dealers on the way, that make it hard to do business with.Only down side is they are too far away for service but if I am in the market for another Cadillac, I will use them, no questions about that. Very professional organization.

My purchase from Hennessy Cadillac has been a seamless experience…. I found a Cadillac XT6 online that interested me…. I inquired and received a timely response from Roxana….. she provided me with all the necessary documentation for me to make an informed decision. Subsequently, I went to formally meet her and test drive the car. She answered my questions thoroughly and made me feel I was priority….. ultimately…. I completed the purchase and couldn’t be happier! I also appreciate Eric (manager)and Virgil (finance)for your hospitality!

First I want to thank Destiny our sales person for a pleasant and efficient purchase. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our many questions. Sergio did our financing and was very nice and fast.My only issue was with the service dept. and the nearly 2 hours it took to approve the work I ended up spending mot of the day there sitting and waiting.

I have been a Cadillac customer since i was was 22 years old (est 2016). I usually lease my cars with Cadillac and decided to buyout my lease. I was told one price by the salesman David. I asked him if that was the final price and he said yes. I went to my bank and got an auto loan with the price I was told. I get to Cadillac with my auto loan and it’s a whole different price due to sales tax. Apparently I was never told or sent a price with the sales tax. So I had to end up paying for the sales tax out of pocket. I asked to speak to the manager and all he could tell me was “sorry he dropped the ball, but there’s nothing I can do”. His peace offering was to offer me a tank of free gas. I found it insulting. Even an offer of free service for a year would have been better than that. Especially as a repeat customer. I will never buy another Cadillac again. Especially not from this location. If it wasn’t for the salesman Matthew T., I would have walked out and not continued with the buyout. He was very pleasant and talked me through everything. So, Cadillac should thank him. Overall, this was a horrible line of communication and service by Hennessy Cadillac. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Awful experience!!! Potential customers think twice before even going to visit this dealership!My husband and I are repeat Cadillac owners and what we experienced last night at this dealership was nothing short of offensive and rude. Last weekend we came to look at a CT6, we had a great no pressure experience but ultimately decided to keep looking. We spent the week searching for other options and decided to come back to what we thought was a great dealership and look at a CT5 more in line with our family’s needs. We called our original salesman, Cole Asberry, and because he was not working that day forwarded us to his floor partner Roland Boughton, what great teamwork. Working with Roland was such a pleasure. He was knowledgeable, a Cadillac owner himself, and was patience as we discussed the car amongst ourselves. After the test drive we decided this was the car but what happened next should make anyone drive right by this dealership and spend their money elsewhere.After discussing the sale price of the car with Roland, my husband made an offer $1700 under the online price of this USED car. Apparently, this was SO offensive that Nubian Holmes, the used sales manager, came over and proceeded to let us know so. He stated things like ‘we are in a sellers’ market’; ‘maybe you should go to another dealership to find a car in your budget’; ‘I can get $40,000 at auction for this car’; ‘you are at a premium dealership with professional salesman’ and so on. This ‘discussion’ went on for 10 minutes while my husband and I sat there calmly waiting for him to even ASK us our budget. Not only did Nubian never ask what our down payment would be or what we were looking for in a monthly payment, he assumed something about my husband and I which has offended me to my core. We would have bought the car at asking but we were never even given the chance to discuss options. We were dismissed and treated like we were unworthy of even walking into this dealership. I urge anyone who is thinking about buying any care from this dealership to keep driving to the many other dealerships in the area who would be more likely to treat their customers like humans.

Roland is the real deal. From start to finish, he was present, genuinely. It’s so refreshing when a professional knows how to step back and let a couple take a minute to experience the moment, but still be by our side each step along the way. I have been taking my Cadillac Escalade to Hennessy Cadillac for over 10 years. I have owned 2 different models: 2008 and 2015. I have never paid over $100 for an oil change until last week. I was taken back by the price of $125 for an oil change. I immediately asked the advisor why is the price so high. His response, "The price of oil has gone up and GM ended the oil program with Cadillac." I asked to speak to the service manager. Again he stated the same thing but went on to say that they have been under priced on oil changes compared to other dealerships. Complete BS. I paid $88 for and oil change 5 months ago now you charge me $125. I also called 2 other dealerships they mentioned. Heyward Allen Cadillac $85.99, Jim Shorkey Cadillac $92.99. Hennessy is 20-30 bucks more then anyone else. This is another attempt to stick it to the customer and blame it on inflation and oil prices. When gas was 4.99 a gallon I paid $65 for an oil change. It is very sad what these companies do to customers. But guess what, there are other places to take my car to for a better price!!!

This place is absolutely outstanding, gorgeous place and at a great location as well. Make sure to use Destiny for anything you need. She was very helpful and I can say I left a dealership with a new friend. Destiny kept in contact with me for up to almost 2 weeks prior to driving 5 hours just to go pick up the car. And surely once we got there she made sure we got a hotel helped us with a place to eat and met us at the dealership ready to go before the doors even opened. Would definitely recommend her for anything you need !!
