I highly recommend! They were able to get my vehicle scheduled within 24 hours. Jerron provided confirmation of everything (estimate and required parts) within 48 hours and my car was ready in less than 10 days. Overall, the team made this a seamless stress free experience. Really impressed with the work as well.

These guys here are great. They have taken care of me many times since 2008. They go well beyond my expectations. They’re always there to help me not the insurance company. Their work is done efficiently and they try to get you in your vehicle as soon as possible they will do whatever they need to do to make sure that you are a satisfied customer, I would not go anywhere else. I will not use anyone else. This is the place for any collision repair.

I took the time to write this review for the benefit of clients who rely on the honest testimony of customers and also to praise a job well done. Andrew the assistant manager at Hendrick Collision Center, since the beginning of our interactions was courteous, very helpful, excellent customer service and kept me updated with the whole process from the beginning to end. The work on the bumper of my car, after being rear ended, was fixed majestically. All parts new, paint work undetectable, sensors and camera installed neatly. Work finished 2 days ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I recommend their work 100%. .

Came in to get my rental before dropping my car off & over heard a customer needing help. They spoke Spanish & there clearly was a person who spoke Spanish up there. She deliberately ignored this customer for as long as possible whilst walking off repeatedly. I canceled my rental & made my reservations with USAA elsewhere. If that’s how they’re treating customers who need help then I won’t be giving them my business.

I highly recommend this body repair service. Andrew is so professional and responsive. Other shop I have used for years would have kept my car for 3 weeks I got my car back in one week. And they were less expensive everything is well run. Staff up front excellent.

I have been calling to this facility all week to try & get a quote & I am constantly getting hung up on. I start asking general questions, & the line disconnects. Then I call back & get someone named Carmen. She was extremely helpful over the phone, but I am not sure why I had to call 5 times to get someone. I know she is not the only person up there taking calls. Skeptical about bringing my vehicle in if the customer service over the phone initially was terrible.

I am more than impressed by the customer service I received from Trenton Greene!! He provided impeccable customer service from start to finish. I brought in my car to be serviced for minor damage to my front bumper. Mr. Greene was polite and answered my questions. I loved that he kept me informed about the changes and updates via phone and email, as well as the estimated date of completion. I was very excited when he called me to let me know that they finished the work on my car earlier than planned. Upon receipt of my car, Mr. Greene repeated what was done and asked me to inspect to make sure I was satisfied with the work! As stated … start to finish Mr. Greene exemplified true customer service and I drove away a very satisfied customer!!
