Good evening Mr. Brown, My name is Maria Huante. You called me on 11/14/2024 about the change of address form. You stated that my tags were about to expire and all I has to do was sign the form and go pick up my tags. To my surprise the car needed a smog check. Unfortunately I was unable to get my tags because of that reason. I had to go back to work because I went to go take care of that during my lunch hour. When I got back to my office I checked the registration status of the vehicle and it said that my tags were expired, so I have been driving with expired tags since I don't know where. When you Mr. Brown barely called me yesterday. First I will say that I am going to write a very detailed review on Google, yelp, and company website. I suppose being from California I am not used to a state that does not have a law that states when selling a vehicle be it by owner or by dealership the private party or the dealership has to have the emissions test already done prior to sale. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer courtesy. To call when temp registration was already expired and made it seam as if all I had to do was go pick up my tags was total lack of professionalism. I sell car insurance for a living, I call our clients 2 to 3 weeks prior to their pmt dd. It's customer service. You do not drop the ball on something like that. Had I gotten pulled over would you have paid for my ticket? No correct? Hendricks in Duluth will not be recommended by myself or my associates here in our company I'm going to make sure they don't go to any Hendricks if this is how they conduct themselves as business men and women. I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it in for some suspension and electrical work this summer. The original cost was around $3000.00. They kept the car for over 3 months before they could get started. Once attempting to fix it, other parts were needed and the charges ramped up to over $10,000.00. I was already invested so I really had no choice. During those three months I was without transportation. Not until the fourth month did I demand a car and finally got one.Once my car was "finished" it never looked level. The front was lower than the back and after two weeks, the front would drop all the way down and come back up when started. I took it to the service dept. and they claimed this was normal, (not). After driving it for about a week after that, the suspension completely failed. Now, after paying over $10,000.00, I took it back knowing that it would be taken care of without other charges. Well, just got a text that my car would need an air bag for over $4,000.00 more. After a complete suspension job this was not spotted or it was damaged during the initial botched repair. I am so done. This is my first and last time taking my car to the dealer. I expected A-1 service and instead got a bunch of deceit, horrible service and a depleted bank account. Now its in corporates hand. If anyone has any suggestion on a possible legal case, please let me know.

Spoke with Kai a sells rep and tried to work a trade deal, explained that my truck is over value and he proceeded to say over and over again that it's okay that they can do that deal... so I applied for a loan, was approved drove 2 and a half hours on a Saturday (Veterans Day) just two sit there for 2 hours and then to offer me 20k less than what was offered a day prior.... Very unprofessional and not a great way to do business.

Came to this dealership on a referral and it was the best decision we made! These guys went above and beyond for us and our 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.I cannot say enough about the guys that worked with me to turn a detrimental experience into a positive one in the end. What we faced on original cost estimates was shocking and we were unprepared for the results.I was impressed at the service we received from day one. Our repairs were extensive & extended over the course of several long weeks. Throughout that time, the crew kept us updated and informed about everything that had and was happening.Matt Martin, the service manager was there every step of the way making sure things got done efficiently and effectively.Chris Garcia our SUPER service advisor was pinpoint with every correspondence and message letting us know every detail.Both these gentlemen went to bat for us and helped get things covered and warrantied to keep costs reasonable. They didn’t leave us in the dark and they fought for us with no hesitation.Lastly, but certainly just as important and helpful was Sean Dorsey one of the techs. This guy became an instant friend. He took our situation and vehicle and made it his own. I cannot say enough about how well he explained everything in great detail and took time to answer all my questions, queries and concerns. He took our worry on his back and pushed ahead. He treated us not like customers but like family. For this, I cannot say thank you enough. Sometimes the words just don’t seem to be enough. I wanted to make sure that credit was given, gratitude was shown and 100% recommendation was noted, in case someone else finds the need for repairs.It’s not just the “sale” that makes the difference, it’s the “service after the sale” that sets apart few dealerships. These guys are the real deal and I’m here to say I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thanks again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rick hendricks and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly sales advisor Richie B.Today was one of those days where magical things happen that you don’t expect . I walked in trying to find the right car for my family and I & he didn’t just sell me a car , he listened to me and every thing I wanted in a car , he was patient and very kind and very professional! He worked with me through out the whole process and not once left me alone waiting long periods of times like other sales man would , was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns which is a plus one in the auto industry.What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. Richie kept me informed every step of the way, explaining details and providing different options and also went above and beyond for me . My husband and I have been looking for the perfect Jeep that would protect us and our growing family. After months of looking and going to other dealerships we almost gave up. Then we stumbled upon THE car! We go to this dealership to be greeted by Felipe and Travis and instantly we felt welcomed. We happily agreed upon a car, price and honestly friendship! Matt graced our presence with a congratulations and even parenting advice! 10 out of 10 experience. When it’s time to buy another car we know exactly where to go and who to talk to. I sent my 2009 Town and Country, as it seemed to have transmission problems. Initially met Mr Touron Shah and Mr. Ped Noori, and later sent the van. Later Mr. Noori handled all my needs. After tests recommended a transmission fluid change (car had about 91000 miles), Spark plug changes ( as per user manual normal recommended at 100,000 miles). Thy fixed what was needed. Appreciate the service given by MR . Noori. Overall satisfied with the service.

Visited dealership on a rainy night and Sharon Hester greeted me outside. Mentioned to her what I was looking for and she showed me a 2024 Jeep. Just arrived off the truck and drove it. She had the answers I asked about it. To make a long story short, ask for her (kind and very patient) she will make it work. There is another rep I would like to mention is Montae in the service dept, I returned to get an item installed after the sale and this guy just as courteous as Sharon, updated me while I waited. Ask for him as well if you can or be lucky like me.

Angrl Fereira. He is the most patient salesperson I have ever met. It was my first time buying a car and I had a great experience. If you're here to buy a car, I have to recommend you choose angels. I drove a Mercedes before, because of his patient explanation, let me choose the Wrangler.

Courtney did a great job. She was knowledgeable and patient with me. Allan and John worked out a great deal for me. It was a very simple experience. Thank you so much for your hard work!Edit: After about a month, I was called in and told that I needed to sign some more paperwork. Then they told me that my car note was going to be increasing and the bank didn’t agree to the terms of our initial contract. It felt like a bait and switch. The sales team did a great job, the finance team… not so much.

Monte Williams was really helpful this past Saturday. I was replacing my cylinder head gasket at home and ran into a big issue where two of the exh bolts were seized due to rust. I called in and he was very patient listening to my explanation and relaying the information to the foreman Darin, who also took time to help with my situation. It is a very busy shop, but I really appreciated the patience and help with that issue. It’s a good group of people that work there, thanks again.
