USAA sent a tow request to this company....which included the precise location. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting and this company updating the app....which gives the ETA.....I called to get a real time arrival. I was told after the company updated the app....5 times with various ETA's ranging from 30-60 minutes, to 90 minutes, to 6-32 minutes, to arrival soon (3 times). After speaking with a representative, I was informed that the call "had been canceled" and that I needed to
reach out to USAA for an explanation. After speaking with USAA, they had no idea that the call was canceled. Not sure what kind of business this is, but I warn everyone, if you don't expect to get service, call the folks at this company! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

Great experience with this Towing company. Corey answered all my questions and stayed in touch to let me know the status of arrival and getting my car to dealership to be fixed. Made a stressful situation less stressful for me. Highly recommend.

Don’t use this company. The manager that works there (Greg) is very disrespectful and rude. Told me by me being a veteran doesn’t mean anything to him. That’s the appreciation you get from him for serving your country.

You run across kind-hearted people in the most random situations. Mr. Mike was so accommodating & kind which is important in a stressful situation. I'm very thankful & impressed with the customer service. He got me home safely & took care of my car like it was his. 12 outta 10 EASY

Flat tire in the rain and State Farm sent out Hemphill Towing. I called and the person who answered the phone was super friendly and the arrival window she gave was spot on. The driver Armstead was not only a super nice guy but he had our car up on the deck and on its way to Costco Tire in maybe 5 minutes. 100% recommend this company and once again please tell Armstead thank you for all of his help ?

Yesterday my granddaughter’s car had engine trouble in Gainesville. Once it was determined it couldn’t be driven, we contacted our insurance company who set us up with Hemphill. Being Saturday evening, we knew it might take a while. During this time the dispatcher kept in touch with us about arrival and possible delays. Our tow truck operator, Mike Blasco was wonderful. He let us know when the eta changed and explained why. We ended up leaving the car in the lot and he called me to let me know when he would be arriving. He texted me when he picked up the car, and sent me a picture of the car when he dropped it off at the Kia dealer. This was a very trying experience for my granddaughter but Mike made it a lot easier. He is a true professional and is very caring about his customers. I appreciate this company, from the dispatcher to Mike. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Mike and Hemphill Towing and Recovery.

Thanks guys especially to Mike B, he did a great job helping towing my car out of the mud puddle. He was very communicative and reached quickly to the rescue.

After calling 5 different companies, Hemphill was able to assist and take care of our towing needs. Working for a tow company myself, I can say that they were professional and efficient, and very fairly priced. Would certainly use them again in a time of need! Thank you very much!

My car was towed back to my house from the car dealer by rollback, it was a pretty long ride!!!!! Roadside Assistance was great, they called often to update us , since the tow originated far away. They kept in touch with us, letting us know know the current situation , and where the driver was. The driver, Daniel was great. He was very friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help me with my car, and was happy to help. Thank you, Daniel.
When I called Hemphill to commend Daniel, I spoke with Kristen who was so nice, and helpful , this is a great run company. I absolutely recommend them very highly, and I will use them again if my car needs towing.

Excellent service! My daughter had a vehicle emergency on 316. Geico had Hemphill respond and they were there within the half hour. The young lady we spoke with was friendly, understanding and patient. I believe our tech was Jeff. He was courteous, friendly and professional. When I needed the car towed the next day, I called Hemphill again and was given the same great service. Karina was fantastic and got the tech dispatched quickly. Thank you from one grateful mom.
