After my local Toyota dealership refused to honor our warranty and denied service on my dad's truck, I decided to bring it to Gwinnett Place Ford--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a positive attitude by Amber, one of the service advisors. Unlike the condescending tone I experienced at Toyota, Amber was professional, kind, and thorough. She walked me through every detail about the truck, ensuring I understood the process and felt supported throughout. Thanks to Amber and the exceptional service at Gwinnett Place Ford, I'll be bringing all my car needs to Ford from now on.

I have been meaning to update this review, a void this place if you can, make sure that you get everything in writing, including all changes that may be made via phone to protect yourself because all they care about is a sale not the customer UPDATE

When I was pressured into purchasing the MPP warranty I was told when I have issues that the dealer would provide me with a loaner vehicle. Well there are weeks wait for diagnoses and going without a vehicle isn't feasible. Well my trucks transmission had to be rebuilt but I had to wait for it to be diagnosed to receive a loaner. Well the same transmission is I called to speak to a service manager several weeks back received a call from someone on behalf of the manager to hear my concern that I can't go without a vehicle. Well I never heard back from anyone and my schedule is demanding and I dont have time to call and play phone tag. It seems reviews are the best way to solve issues these days. Buying process was ok but not satisfied with service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not trustworthy AT ALL. So many concerns with the way they do business I don't even know where to start. A few examples: They gave us a quote, only to take it back and not honor it. Then they tried to play with the interest rate and base price just to screw us over and weasel in a few extra thousand dollars. Also, the sales reps tried to sell us on something that we didn't want and questioned our judgement. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this dealership to buy a vehicle. It's not worth it. After reading other reviews, it aligns with how deceitful they are and not remotely shocked that it sounds like they being investigated.

Such an amazing staff they have there, Byron and Eddy has made my experience with cars so much easier than I thought. I was able to purchase my first car with their help. Highly recommend them if you are a first time buyer.

I have been going to this dealership since 2017. I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is excellent. More recently I purchased a vehicle and worked with Aadam Iftikhar . Aadam was very professional and was very attentive to my requests and needs. I recommend him as a sales person and the dealership.
