If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place has awful customer service and no one knows what they are doing. I went in to get replacement wiper blade inserts (which are different than wiper blades) and I paid almost $60 for the wrong ones. They claimed that they don't sell the inserts that often and that their system said that the inserts I was given were the right ones, even when one of their mechanics tried putting them in and he said that they were wrong. It took my dad, who is a former dealership mechanic to raise hell at them to finally get the correct ones. Avoid this place at all costs!

Finance gimmick - they sell you one thing, for a certain price, and Sale Contract shows a different amount - higher amount than agreed upon . How convenient. And unable to print documents so you don't see the charge. Don't recommend.

Horrible service. I would not recommend this place, not even to my nemesis. I wasted couple hundreds of dollars over the course of 2 months and my problem has not been resolved. I genuinely wonder if the mechanics in the shop have their license status validated.

We found a deal on their website and called them 3 times. The third time they finally responded saying that car is still in the factory. So we said we wanted it and that we would come in the next day which they agreed to. The next day we come in and they tell us it's a mistake. That they couldn't give us that deal. It was frustrating given that didn't honor their own price on their website. We never have bought a Mazda before so we hoped the brand would show us it had good customer service and would honor their word which they didn't.

Poor experience buying a car from Rick Case. I would suggest driving 15 minutes to Mall of Georgia Mazda for much better service. While the salesperson was decent, the paperwork experience and the people working while dealing with the financing were rude and pretty much ignored me. Even though I had an appointment, I waited OVER AN HOUR pass my appointment time to see someone. I reached out to several people within Rick Case and NO ONE ever followed-up with me regarding my poor experience. Please save your time and hassle and go to Mall of Georgia Mazda for a much better experience.

My partner came here to buy a new car from them in 2017. I suspect since the emergence of coming out of Covid they've been short staffed, however it's 2023 and you mean to tell me it's going to take 4 hours for a tire rotation and oil change despite us having an appointment?! 2 hours maybe.. but 4?! Now our friend has to come pick us up on his birthday to take us back home (thankfully 3 doors down) so we can go get lunch with him! How ridiculous! We're definitely paying for him and his wife's meal (we were going to anyway hehe). But just wow. There was only 3 people in the waiting room, so I'm baffled. I guess there's one person back there doing all the work....

Horrible service. It took 3 weeks to fix electrical issue. Failed to connect backup camera and must wait 2 more weeks to because they are booked. Told they would fix leak in engine and didn't. They don't return phone calls. Asked to speak with management twice and no call back. Never again. Avoid this place.

I have been trying to get in touch about an issue from my last service for over a week. No one answers the phone, or I often have to call multiple times, and my emails/voicemails have been largely ignored for the last week.

Scheduled an appointment for a standard oil change and tire rotation and 2.5 hours later, still waiting for the vehicle. People ahead of me have come and gone and the service team isn't able to give me an estimate for how long it'll be. Worst service ever...won't be returning here

Honestly, the most accommodating service department I've ever experienced! (Shout out to Shonda!) I had to urgently get my car serviced before a long road trip and they drove all the way to Marietta (1 hr away) to pick my car up from my work AND drop it back off before I got off for the day!! FREE OF CHARGE!!

I came in to buy a part for my car and ask them if they would wash my car while it was here and they did it on the spot! Service with a smile every time I come here!
