They don't have ground pork already packaged up so you have to grab it from the guys working behind the meat counter. I stood there and waited 10mins and they just pointed to a different person and proceeded to help others. Worst customer service ever. And manager wasn't event working to talk to. Also herbs are never available.

I have been here many times, and today's experience is very bad! The service attitude of women in red clothes who work at the cashier is very poor! I bought two pairs of slippers at the place where I bought them, and the price was $5.99! When she came over, she said with a contemptuous face, "It's $7.99!" Do they buy it or not!" The tone and attitude are very bad! Even if it's $7.99, you can say it well. There is no need to use this tone and attitude! As a service industry, this attitude is really bad! I hope you reflect! We are here for consumption! We also wanted to determine the price without saying no! But your attitude made me decide not to buy it!

A great market,I bought a number of things. I've listened to my brother and his wife talk about it and she asked if I wanted to go so we did. You could spend a lot of time in their with all the things they have, produce, meat, seafood, grocery items like your center aisle items. I got fruit, some cookies and Jasmine Tea, one of my favorite hot teas. I got some frozen clams, one of my favorite seafood items,I plan on eating them with some noodles and mixed vegetables.

Come here if you enjoy being bullied and stepped all over! Come here if you enjoy dealing with crazy customer service! Was here with my mother. The way this cashier was packing items was really SOMETHING, stuffing a dozen packets of frozen food into a single plastic bag. When my mom used another plastic bag as the original bag was obviously overstuffed, the cashier snapped at her for “not respecting the fruits of her labor”.So even with the long and angsty line behind us, Ms. Cashier kept on fighting my mom on how we can pack things WE BOUGHT. She micromanaged our every move, her siren going off every time we need a new bag. We Not the first time a cashier at this supermarket has been stingy with bags, but first time something just they just don’t let it go (verbally and physically). If you are Asian and come go GW for the diversity of Asian groceries, do yourself a favor and go to Jusgo. GW is in no means affordable but has the chaos and customer service of almost a store that pulled its employees from the streets. For tofu and veggies, check out HMart. HMart’s Napa cabbage per unit, for example, is cheaper and bigger than GW.For anything else, there’s Yami, Wee, and a myriad of apps that’ll deliver snacks and whatnot to your door for free.Just do yourself a favor, protect your mood and peace, and avoid this purgatory of a place if you can.

Would not recommend at all. Produce and goods are mediocre at best and often rotten. Atrocious customer service. Of course, there's barely any expectation of even satisfactory customer service to begin with, but they somehow manage to treat customers even worse, like trash. You must bag your own groceries, which is fine. What's not fine is when you can't bag fast enough and the cashier, instead of helping out, starts throwing the next customer's groceries at you, running the risk of mixing groceries up. Spanish-speaking cashier didn't speak a word of English and still acted entitled, even overcharging for an item. Chinese-speaking customer service worker only did their job begrudgingly, acting like they were doing us a massive favor when they're only correcting their own mistake, and even got pissed in a very arrogant way, refusing to listen to any of our concerns. I've worked retail before and I get that the work is hard, but surely you gotta do the bare minimum. Really sad to see that management tolerates this, and even sadder to see how popular this place when Jusgo, Costco, Hmart etc. are all far superior and nearby.

Authentic “Musang King” from Malaysia. Best durian I had for a long time. Felt like I am back in my hometown.

Ate there twice this week. Food varieties were good, a bit pricey. Love both the Chinese dim sum place and the dry hot pot Korean desk. The store was a bit messy and unorganized but I did find everything I wanted in the end. Will definitely go back each time I'm in Atlanta.

Dang! what a find! Love going to these Asian supermarkets where i can sample different quick and easy eats in the aisles. But the icing on the cake was the food court along the side of the left wall upon entry. Sushi, Dim Sum, Thai, Korean... I mean can you really go wrong here, this place was suggested by my Executive Sous Chef, who frequents Thailand 2 times a year. food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Among us four that went, we went to three different food spots, the Chinese for a spicy dumpling dish, another for a huge Bao, and the last was for some Thai eats. All off the charts, hot, spicy, and full of umami. And we went home with about 400 dollars worth of groceies. YUM!

Great Wall should not be selling products that have already expired. So disappointed. The product itself if tasted fine would be forgotten; but it clearly tasted so rancid.

Only one thing is missing from this place. Customer service. Only because I don't read any Asian languages, I speak food. This place has a huge selection. And boy, was it crowded. It was Labor Day. Their prices are better than some of their competitors. Unfortunately, none of the people on the floor that worked there that i spoke to spoke English. That's the only thing lacking. They could dominate if they did. It's out of the way for me, but it's worth the trip. I love cooking Asian foods, and I love authentic ingredients. This place checked all the boxes and prices included.

Always a great market to get fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. If you don’t like crowded checkout lines, I would suggest going an hour after opening hours. Workers are putting out fresh products right at opening hour so if you give them some time, you’ll have access to full inventory and check out before the crowd floods the market.

Ate at Cantese Cuisene and it was terrible ordered beef rice and vegetables. Beef was brisket and chunks of fat. I took the fat off and it filled a cup 3/4. When I showed the manager he literally walked away. Don’t eat here. It is disgusting

I drove all the way from Charlotte NC to Atlanta with friends for a road trip because I heard that there were much better dim sum restaurants and Asian supermarkets. Yes, I agreed. It was a 3-4 hours drive. But it's worth. This Great Wall Supermarket was translated as 大中華 that it took me sometime to find it as we arrived very early in the morning. It is a huge Asian supermarket with all kinds of Asian vegetables, fruits, seafood, foods and produces. Theres a large food court with Cantonese BBQ, foods of the north & south China. If I live close by. I don't think I will cook at home. The prices are pretty acceptable and reasonable. Be prepared to spend hours shopping there. Bring a cooler for foods that require to keep cool.

One of the Chinese supermarket in Duluth. This place is always busy and full of people. If you want to buy fresh vegetables this is the right place. They are constantly cleaning and replacing old vegetables to new one. You can also buy some can of coconut juice, coffee, Chinese version of energy drink by case which is much cheaper. If you get tired after shopping, make sure to stop by the food court inside of this supermarket. You will be surprised but they have some of the best food in this area, yes including dim sum.
