I just made a drop off at this location and left extremely angry. I had a dining table and 2 chairs for drop off. There was a car waiting when I arrived and 2 more came in behind me. We all were sitting waiting for an associate to come assist and/or bring the cart for our items. A young male associate who I had a previous unpleasant interaction with many moons ago brought the cart out a few feet passed the door and did not return for a moment. When he did, he stood near the door just watching everyone, not trying to see what we needed. So I get out of my vehicle and start gathering my things from the car. I had to pull the broken down table from my car by myself while he watched and once he realized what I had once I got it on the curb, he SLOWLY walked over to get it. From there he just stood with the item near the door continuing to watch as the lady behind me brought all of her bags/items to the cart 10ft away from the curb. I'm still unloading the chairs and legs to the table, placing them on the curb next to my car just to organize, thinking he would come back to get them being it was actual furniture, but instead he proceeds to tell me I can't leave it there. I had no intention to leave it there until he told me I couldn't. At that point I let him know "maybe come and help me instead of telling me what I can't do instead of just standing there watching me and everyone else. You literally watched me remove heavy items from my car and have the nerve to tell me what not to do. So it will stay there until you come and move it because remember you work here and I don't and you have literally done nothing but stand in one spot. So you now have no choice but to do your job." I left and still instead of walking over the move the furniture, he's still standing, propped up with the table top, explaining to another associate what took place. This is the second interaction I have had with the lazy young man. I don't see how he is still employed. The other associates have no problem helping me unload my items and I have never not helped them either. He is always a problem!!

One of the cashiers, the old lady with a wig and green eyes, charged me for the items but at the time of packing she threw it on the floor, I didn't notice it but the good Samaritan woman who was behind me in the line told me

I have shopped Goodwill from Florida to Kentucky and not ONCE have I ever encountered employees as RUDE as this location. The "manager" (whom which does not deserve her title whatsoever) is the most disrespectful and has the most unbelievable approach with people. I watched her as she "ah ah ah" to an adult Hispanic male who left a pair of jeans unhangered over the rack. She practically waved the hanger at him. MIND YOU, YOU DONT EVEN HAVE DRESSING ROOMS TO TEND TO OR CLEAN ANYMORE SO WHAT IS YOUR JOB IF NOT TO REORGANIZE THE CLOTHES. Nobody in any respectable store follows people around and makes sure they put inventory back in the exact spot they found it or after they try it on. That's the whole point of YOUR JOB??? IF YOU HAD NOTHING TO PUT AWAY OR STOCK, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING THERE? These incredibly rude employees had the time to not only follow me and ask me ever so rudely if I wanted the clothes I left on the end of an aisle in FRONT OF THE MIRROR YOU CAN TRY THINGS ON BECAUSE THEY REMOVED DRESSING ROOMS, IM SUPPOSED TO WALK IT ALL BACK TO ITS DESIGNATED SPOT WHILE THEY CAN CHIT CHAT AMONGST THEMSELVES, BUT CANT WORK? They literally touch hangers and act like they're doing something and attack customers for not doing their job and for shopping freely. NEVER HAVE I EVER ENCOUNTERED THIS AND IM BEYOND DISGUSTED. I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE A DIME OF MY MONEY AND I WANTED TO LEAVE THE SECOND I WAS INSULTED. DO BETTER. Not one goodwill I've visited in the entire state of GA has behaved this way. So much so, one of your own employees was complaining about said manager. Absolutely a joke of a store and needs all new staff, truly.

I will never shop at this goodwill again. Never have I ever been to a goodwill that doesn’t discount ripped clothing. The sweater I really wanted was ripped in the back of the neck, a huge rip, they wanted $7 for a ripped sweater, I asked nicely for a discount and it seemed like the other manager couldn’t make a decision without Chris so what’s the point of having other managers? He said “well Chris the big boss always says no”. I’ve NEVER been to a goodwill where things weren’t discounted when they were damaged. I proceeded to buy it because I can take the time to fix it but I will never come back here again. I asked Chris himself why he doesn’t discount damaged goods and he said “because we don’t”, I proceeded to tell him I’ve never heard of that before and never seen a goodwill take it so serious. He proceeded to say something under his breath and ask why I was calling him out. Because it’s nonsense, no common sense hun, that’s why I’m calling you out. You take your job WAY too serious and you zero retail or customer service experience so I have no idea how you’re in the position you’re in, oh wait, it’s goodwill, I forget, nvm lmao. The billionaire that owns goodwill doesn’t even know you exist hun, you will never make it further than a simpleton manager at goodwill, clearly. You know all these things are donated right? You know you don’t purchase the inventory yourself right? Feel like someone needs to remind you lol. What? Are you trying to pull in the most income for this location to look like a hard a$$? Your location will already pull in more because you’re off one of the busiest exits in Gwinnett hun. Well looky here, here’s a big fat 1 star review for your a$$, customer service goes a lot further than what your location pulls in hun. I’m an operations manager and I would fire you on the spot. You’re like the type that got bullied in middle school and now have to be hitler at goodwill to show you’re the boss when in reality none of your employees probably respect you, and you look lame bro, lame lmao. No training, rude a$$ mf. And don’t sit back in your chair and respond to this, no one cares about your properly worded comeback with no substance, keep it to yourself and hope this lesson teaches you that being an a-hole only gets you a-holes, who leave reviews like this :)

This store is one of the worst, the merchandise is always dirty, throw up dirty. The store always stinks, store also always dusty. And they all get and scream at the customers for taking the items away from the hangers. They try to make us clear after the store like it's our job. With the Hispanic people they always keep an eye on us. At least with me and my parents. They always round up at the checkout and they don't ask us if we want to. And lately they've said that they have to round up your price that it was a new policy. The woman that checked me out was Leeirma. And there was a white chick that also had an ugly attitude.
