Lowest savings interest rates and almost non existent customer service. It is taking me 3 months and counting to get a title for a paid off truck. The are gutting their offices. No tellers.You have my contact information. Proactive customer service not lazy platitude apologies please. I have spent hours trying to resolve this. People, pull your money from this place. You are wasting potential interest here.

I waited 30 minutes to address a 5 minute inquiry. There were multiple workers, but only 2 were actually seeing the customers. Worst banking experience with this company by far.

Went there to open a new membership and a cd , very cold greeting employed with hands on pockets Branch Manager make sign the book y went to the office , members always walk first to the office and the introduction was very cold I was going to make a large deposit and I decided to go somewhere else-delta c u big different and treated with respect I want to break the ice I said this branch smell brand new and he told us over 20 years old when did you came here the last time . Well I’m not coming back

As someone who used to work there I was very disappointed at the huge drop in quality of service. There were only 2 bankers working with 7-8 people waiting in the lobby. I took my daughter their because she received a post card for her birthday stating that she would get a gift from the branch and no one there knew what I was talking about. They also made it sound as though there was no such thing as to what I was explaining. When I worked there I would always make sure to have things on hand for the kids that would come in. Very disappointing. This is not the branch that it was 2 years ago.

Applied for a vehicle loan and been trying to contact Kevin Whitten for over 2 weeks. Left several emails and messages and he never responded. They ran my credit and now I have no resolution. If this is how there customer service is before having an actual account I don’t even want to bother moving forward. I would not recommend this organization to anyone!

If you want a Credit Union that acts like all the big banks come here! I’ve been going through a job transition and have had a couple over draft fees I asked the bank to help me with it and they told me they already did me the courtesy twice so they were not going to do it again. The funny part is even BOA and Chase refund these fees now. I am now switching my direct deposit to Aspiration bank! No more fees! Bye Ga United !!

Applied for a personal loan. Took 3 days only to be told I was denied. When I asked for the reason I was told too revolving credit was too high. My revolving credit is literally less than 10% of my income. When I mentioned this in my email, I got no further response. This is ridiculous and I conclude the reason was a lie and they just wanted to turn me down.

Oh my gosh, this place is the worst banking experience I've ever had. Even though I check on-line before going to the bank and it says they are open when I get there they are out to lunch. They have never consistently opened the lobby. I guess its open some times but I've never found it open. This bank is not run like a business but like some third world establishment where you never know when they might be open for business. And you can't address these issues except through a little speaker box in the drive through and frankly they don't seem to care at all.

Terrible customer service. Don’t go to the satellite blvd branch. Rude, snobby, unprofessional associates. Closing my account and moving my funds elsewhere.

As of 2021, The inside lobby is closed so only drive-thru teller is available. The customer service here is lacking. I went to get a work form signed by a notary. I was instructed by the employer which is a remote location, that a bank notary can do it, when I tried to explain that to the representative at the bank, he was very rude, condescending and dismissive, and handed the form back and said, "This is to be done by the employer thank you." Yet it clearly says, "authorized representative." Even though He misunderstood, there is no need to be rude. I can tell he just didn't want to be bothered... This is not the first time I've experienced bad service here, the other branch on Sugarloaf is better. I won't be back to this one again.It is obvious by the reviews the customer service here is terrible, if you look at the 5 star reviews, their names appear to be former and current employees.
