I wish I could give less than one star. Directions for tests are unclear and very confusing. Messaged in asking for more complete directions and was told they don't have any more. My tests have been with them for ten days, no results. Was told them come back in seven days. Checked today and while the updated date is today, the rep told me it could be longer. At $300 for this test, this is beyond ridiculous. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!

This company has awful customer service. My wife submitted a months worth of hormone saliva samples and the lab threw away the samples because they were confused about whether it was a retest or a new test. Instead of confirming it was a retest or not, they just threw away the samples. I have been calling for weeks to get this figured out and they are no help at all. The hold times take forever and the employees are not understanding or helpful. I had planned on using this company for my patients but I will definitely not be using them ever again. I recommend using a different lab.

Ordered lab work for $500. The test itself was missing pieces and had instructions from the 1980’s. The kit itself was rudimentary at best. For a stool sample kit, they were so cheap they provided one latex glove. Couldn’t splurge for the second eh?When I contacted Genova for a refund because I didn’t get everything I was supposed to, they told me there’s nothing to refund because they don’t charge until the lab work is completed. However, this is false and I sent them multiple pieces of evidence showing they had debited my account for $499. Now they’re ignoring my requests entirely. AVOID! Find a different doctor if they recommend Genova.

This is a scam. They tell you it will be $100-200, but will send a lawyer after you for the portion insurance won’t pay. Insurance never pays for this, it’s their business model.

Sketchy billing. Sent me an additional 141 dollar bill months after I agreed to the original amount of 171. Find another more honest lab!
