This is the best gym. If you are looking for some awesome friendly people and an amazing gym experience where you will make progress, this is the place! James is an awesome coach and knows his stuff! Definitely worth the money and the time.

THIS place will make you stronger. James is a fantastic motivator. I even go with my sons. We enjoy every workout and our results are awesome.

Awesome gym with all the PL’ing toys you could ask for! James (owner) was great to work with for a day pass while I’m in town from CO. Will def come back next trip.
