Super organized parking and entrance set up. It's been a while since I've been back but dropped in for ggc graduation. Parking was $5. Card only. You're also not allowed to bring in bags, purses, and such unless they are clear. They also have you go through metal detectors leaving your extra carryons in a tray on the side. Very impressed with the security. Inside is still the same as has been. Nothing really updated or added on besides the choices of concessions.

Great venue for the R6 Major. Concession prices were typical arena prices, if not a little higher. Parking was alright. Overall the venue was clean and easy to navigate.

We have to bring clear bags but you can bring your e-cigarettes and smoke the whole concert inside the venue. Its not fair that I have to put up with that cause you can't control it. I'm so frustrated

We went to Disney on Ice. The only complaint is the price of the food for this event. I am pretty sure that it is controlled by Disney. The performance was amazing and featured all of my kids favorite characters. There were acrobatics and fireworks. They really outdid themselves with skaters jumping ramps, skaters dancing with fire, and crowd interaction. I was amazed at how well thought out the show was in terms of moving props and not letting it distract you from the performance.

Merch table should be in a different place because it gathered up a huge crowd to get to the other side of my seats. Overall, I had a great time on Saturday!

Attended the music concert of Jubin Nautiyal. Ambience and the auditorium are excellent but the sound was too loud. May be enjoyable for teens and younger crowd.

We were given vouchers for free kid’s admission with a purchase of an adult ticket for Disney on Ice. Nowhere on the voucher does it say the dates and times to redeem. I call to make sure prior to buying an adult ticket that I’ll be able to redeem up until the day before the show we plan to attend and am met with the special hours they have set aside are 11:30-3:30 pm Monday-Wednesday. The children who received these tickets are kids who read books to get to do this. School aged kids. How would those hours work for anyone that received the voucher? I’m very displeased with this as we were not informed of these hours by this arena nor was the library. Next time I’d have the requirements on the voucher itself if you’re going to enforce ridiculous box office hours.

This arena is very big and very nice. I enjoy coming here with with family and friends to enjoy concerts. This place used to be called infinite energy stadium.

Always love coming here for events. There really isn’t a bad seat in the house for Monster Jam racing.

My family and I went to this arena to watch the MonsterJam Show 9/9/23. For the amount we spent on tickets, this arena was small to have a monster truck show in my opinion....They were very limited on what they could do because of space. We loved the trucks but a little disappointed.

Huge disappointment for monster jam as arena was a small area with 1 jump. Paid way too much for tickets and stayed 30 minutes and left! Great place for concerts but not a monster truck show

Very bad experienceThe customer service experience at this convention hall was extremely poor. Both the management and staff were uncooperative. They imposed rules that made it impractical to accommodate crowds exceeding 2500 people. Choosing this venue was a regrettable decision on our part, as they charged us at least 20% more than our agreed-upon price.We have conventions every year all throughout US, never had this kind of bad experience. Definitely not recommend for conventions over 2000 people they don’t have exp nor interest to work with the clients.The breakout room - 50% wireless microphones never worked the staff was not available to fix nor replace it.

2nd NF concert! He always delivers a great concert! 12,000 people packed it and we all rocked it for nearly 2.5-3hrs. The arena was great too!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. I do have to say I wish they would have refrained from allowing beverages onto the open floor. People are not good at watching their steps when they are jumping with the crowd.
