Did not receive the delivery on the day it was supposed to arrive and received damaged and broken bed the next day, but they refused to give full refund even though the delivery was returned and store manager was informed about the issue immediately.

The delivery guy did not completely assemble the legs on our furniture. Also the guy was a very rude person he kept arguing with us and very terrible customer service. Very disappointed custome.

Jessica, delivery manager, is very unprofessional and rude. She also will not even attempt to reschedule , will take your delivery fee and not attempt any resolution. Sales people will tell you whatever they want to get the sale and then Jessica will throw them under the bus. Jessica has zero managerial skills and even less customer service skills. Do NOT buy from here. BBB review In process.

I had been looking all over for a 54' round table of quality. I found a wood table at Furniture Mall of substantial quality that looked great as well. Just what I needed. She gave me a discount as well. I will shop here again.

Do NOT do business with this establishment. They have a “no refund policy” and expect for you to pay for a product that you do not receive. We ordered a king set that was supposed to be delivered that week. The day of the delivery we were then told they didn’t have the product in their inventory and that we should expect it two weeks later. Never received a call or notification for the second delivery date. When we called to find out about the furniture and when we should be expecting it, they told us 1month to 4months time. As any customer can and should be entitled to, we asked to cancel the order and be refunded the money that was paid by credit card. In return they charged US, the customer, a $60 fee to be refunded for a product we never received.Long story short we paid them to take our money, waste our time, and never receive the furniture. Terrible customer service and no accountability. Better off going to a franchise.

Considering I did have my furniture on layaway for a considerable time with this company, I appreciated that they worked with me but the company moved from Kennesaw Ga and I began dealing with another person by the name of Lu at work he Duluth store. She’s a nasty little something.Claim that she sent the furniture out and the driver told her I wasn’t home. That was a lie because if any stranger knocks on my door my dogs goes nuts. It took me from November to March just to get all my pieces. She doesn’t listen and over talk you. Sent the furniture out on a day that I told her that I would be working. It so happens my son had stopped by and let them in. When they delivered they broke a piece. Another day was scheduled for when I would be home. No show. I called and Lu said that they would deliver the following day at 12 noon. Here it is almost 3pm, NO SHOW. I called Lu about it and she hung up on me because I was telling her that my two off days went to shots and I couldn’t make appointments I had. Remind you that I paid for delivery.

My debit card number was stolen and used here without a card. The customer had either an employee or owner put in the card info manually and take almost $1,200 from me. They’ll do it with your card too if you use it here.

Work on your prices, so bad, they were ok a couple years ago so you can buy a lot of stuff, now.... No way I will go there for bad furniture and prices

I should have read the reviews before making the purchase. Yes, they have problems with their delivery. I compromised my schedule for a 5:00 delivery. They said they couldn’t make it til 6. They called at 6 and said the driver had an emergency but told my husband he said he didn’t have enough room on his truck. Then we asked for an early delivery next day and were told no. Then we asked for a refund and was told that we had to pay 3.5% for a refund. She offered payment in the form of a check which is shaky for a business unless it’s a cashiers check. This place is doing terrible business. Do not trust these people.

Lu took my order last Sept for a couch and loveseat. I kept calling and she would let me know the latest shipping details. After many months, I got the" They have arrived" message. The cashier was super helpful, checking us out. FELIX wrapped our couches with great expertise and assisted my husband with loading. LU was awesome she even had extra Styrofoam she gave us to pack them in. A+++ to all. Thank you
