I don’t know how to become a new client. They don’t have a receptionist and they don’t have a general voice mailbox. It’s set up to leave a message for your stylist, but without a stylist in mind do you call several times and leave messages on 7 or 8 different extensions? I left a message on one extension yesterday AM explaining my desire to be connected with a stylist that was accepting new clients. I should have known better when the greeting said ‘if I don’t return your call in 24 hours please call back’. Too bad.

Kimberly is amazing. Able to cut your hair anyway that you ask her to. Has great suggestions if you are like me and clueless about what you would like to do with your hair. Will accommodate your schedule. Very personal and makes you feel comfortable the minute you come through the door. I trust her implicitly.

I just had my first ever electrolysis appointment with Teresa. She was amazing! I was so nervous and she made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. The procedure was no where near as painful as I expected it to be. I had an hour long session and i could have kept going even longer. It wasn't bad at all! I did take some ibuprofen beforehand and also applied a numbing cream just in case. I had some redness and swelling right after, but Teresa gave me some ice and that helped a lot. I haven't had any scabbing and My skin feels very smooth. I can't wait to continue this process and see the results eventually. Definitely happy so far. So glad that I chose Teresa to start this process with.

First time coming to French Door from Long Island, New York..Had Christie ,cut and hi light my hair.....amazing....new to area and I went on a recommendation from a girl in Mall of Georgia who works in one of the stores and loved her hair style.Made my appointment with her.....wow....amazing....excellent, talented and very professional as well!!!Doing the happy dance today!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Teresa and her company Elite 360. When I made the initial phone call I was greeted by a very warm welcome. Teresa immediately made my feel comfortable and patiently answered all of my questions. She even took the time to explain driving directions and places to park once at her location. In our initial face to face meeting she explained everything to me in clear detail. She was overall just very easy to talk to and very chill. The treatments with Teresa have been awesome. She is very down to earth and always makes the process enjoyable and relaxing. If you're looking for an electrolysis professional then look no further then Elite 360. I had my free consultation today with Teresa and she's wonderful and know what she's talking about. She took her time to explain how the process works and what should I expect for my specific treatment. I was so pleased that had my first service right away. I'm sure I'll go see here again soon!! Highly recommended :)
