It’s been a week since I still hasn’t received my covid test results I took my test 12/30/21 9AM for a normal 2-3 day test. What is wrong with this place? Are they data mining and stealing people’s information?

I got tested on 01/04/2022, still as of 01/13/2022, I haven't got the result yet. I got retested at CVS, finally. Please go somewhere else. This site is not recommend.

Its been more than a week time since I had taken the test. I haven't got the results back from them. There is no way we can check our test result status. Very bad service.

The test was quick and easy after signing up for an online form but we didn't get result even after 5 days, could not reach them via phone and voice mail box is full. They did not provide any update as well, so we are left in the dark not knowing if we should go to other testing center. Update 1/6: Still no report after a week, I have no idea if I am expecting text, email, call or if there a website to check for result? Update 1/15: no result ever came in. Got my test result elsewhere within 3 days (Fri-Sun)

I have two employees who got tested one week ago, one 6 days, and one 5 days. One contacted them for an update and they have yet to contact them back. They were told 2-4 days. At this point, the symptomatic ones are past the 5 day quarantine recommended by the CDC for those exposed with symptoms and those positive. On top of that, there has been absolutely no communication with those tested, nor will they answer the phone. Not to mention that once I looked into this company, they are super sketch, starting with one doctor who is supposed to run the business has been deceased since about the conception.ETA: just read their update. IF YOU CAN'T KEEP UP WITH DEMAND, STOP TESTING UNTIL YOU ARE ABLE TO. Don't push your staff to continue to stress and stretch themselves thin - not that your word means much. One employee of mine was told the day prior her test that there would be rapid results available if she got there at a certain time the next day and there wasn't... then you told another employee via the phone there was ?ETA2: that doesn't excuse the lack of communication, nor the other things,, and your employees told mine you were not just doing 80.

The service was okay since everyone at the testing center was very nice, but the day I went to get tested they had run out of rapid due to delivery issues. Though this was a sad incident, this is not why I gave them a 1 star review.I had been stressing about results for my family and my boyfriend who also got tested here. They had advertised 2-3 day results but it has been up to 4 days (UPDATE: It has now been 9 days now). I understand that a lot of people tested over the holidays so I understand there is a delay since I have been waiting for another pcr test somewhere else for a span of 7 days now. BUT... at least that other pcr testing area had called me to update me on their situation. I had tried the phone numbers that were provided on their website and none of the mentioned extensions worked and the other phone number said that this phone number told me to state my name and the google force would connect me but it later says that the google subscriber is not available... I tried to submit a form to contact this group as well but it said that the form was disabled too. The communication with this group has been terrible and I had to go to yet another clinic to get a pcr test done and I have already received back the results (which were negative). I also understand that I wrote this on New Years Eve, but was there a need to disable the forms and numbers when you could have had those on record to reply to after the New Year?

Did a PCR test on 12/29 and still haven’t gotten any results. This is the second time this happens, last time 3 months ago I was going overseas and needed a test done before traveling, the results arrived the day that I was coming back to the US lol( a week and a half after, thank god I did a rapid test ). I wanted to give them another opportunity so I went there again since I was exposed to covid and when I arrived they didn’t have any rapid test so I did the PCR, I asked one of the employees how long is it going to take to receive the results Since the last time it took almost two weeks and he said 48 hrs. Here I am still with no results, ridiculous. My husband went there as well two days before I went to get tested and he just got his results 2 days ago but because of that he had to go somewhere else and pay $130 so he can go back to work. Do not waste your time coming to this place, you won’t receive anything and if you do is going to be 2 or 3 weeks when you already went thru covid. Do not waste your time unless is a rapid which they’re always out of those tests.

Exceptional service and great help was provided by Khalid when we were waiting for our PCR test results. Initially, we did not pay the fees for the expedited services and were within the 48 hour timeframe of travel. Some unfortunate circumstance occurred and our test results were not received a few hours before our travel time. Luckily we got in touch with Khalid and after his multiple efforts of trying to assist he was able to assure us that HE would personally see to get this resolved. Very troubled and worried, we called him several times for an update from 7pm to midnight, he picked up each time informing us an giving us an update that he was trying everything possible on his end to make sure that we would get our results ASAP. Despite all the trouble, Khalid was determined to help us! We received our results in time and are able to travel as expected to visit a sick family member. Thank you Khalid once again for your exceptional help! God Bless you!!

UPDATE: I referred friends to this testing site and they were charging $50 for a test. All their signs that lead to the testing site state, "Free Rapid & PCR Tests". Before you make the trip, call to confirm.Musser was great. Testing was fast and easy

Went on the 28th, a few days before New Years, for a PCR test. I went around 10:30/11 ish (no appointment) and there was barely a line. I was in line, tested, and back in my car in less than 15 mins. This is not a drive thru testing location and you will need to step out of your car to get in line. You also swab yourself under the guidance of the worker. There was a QR code to register for the testing so be sure to do that while you wait in line. Super easy and convenient. My only small complaint is that the testing site said I would get results back in 3-5 days but I got my results emailed to me exactly 8 calendar days later but considering the holidays and the recent resurgence of covid cases and spikes in testing, I wasn't too shocked at the delayed results.

This is a free service provided by Islamic center of North America, it is located in an office park it is open to all not only they have pcr but volunteer doctors are there over the weekend to see patients free of charge. It is open to all bring your current medications with you when you come it is a great service provided to the community by the Muslim doctors

DO NOT GO HERE. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. Went and was tested on Monday Jan 3 and was told 3-5 days for results. I have had NOTHING since then. Imagine if I have long term symptoms and I need proof of positive for insurance reasons? This is absolutely unacceptable. Since then, I have checked updates and reviews here on google every day and watched this "business" reply with increasingly erratic excuses that are all over the place. First you didn't have staff, but you kept testing. Now you don't even have kits so you aren't even open - but shouldn't that allow you to catch up on a backlog? Earlier this week it was that all the samples are frozen and waiting to be processed. Then it was "old tests are back logged but new ones take three days" - excuse me? If you can do new ones, why not old ones? And now they are "conveniently" mixed up or contaminated? And instead of posting an update here (which I know you can do because I have seen all of them) to let people know to go test somewhere else, while they could still test positive and get it on record, you sit there and say NOTHING with the excuse that your phone rings too much? Pathetic.UPDATE - they can't even read. My review clearly states I was tested on the 3rd, and they have replied that they supposedly sent me the results from the 4th - so not even what I said. Scam. Scam. Scam. Absolutely a scam. Still pathetic.

Did not receive my results in a timely manner. Going on 4 days and still haven’t received my results. They advertise 2-3days for PCR, going on the 4th ray with no results. Very had to get in contact with, no one answers the phone
