Dr. Choe was a really great physician who took the time to explain my eye readings and how I should wear my glasses in different settings.
Cecilia assisted with picking out my glasses and provided me with great suggestions with my selection.
Would recommend this practice. 10/10

I’ve been going there for 10+ years there and couldn’t recommend them more. Every visit they make you feel comfortable and really tend to every question, need or request you need. Very through eye exams and great optometrist. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience here at this location. The staff is amazing, super nice and professional. Dr Choe is hands down the best Dr I have ever been to for my vision. I would recommend anyone to come see him. He is very detailed and not just trying to sell you something, he really cares about your eyes.

I love this place so muchhh! The costumer service is out of this world, I was drowned in hospitality?. My prescriptions are perfect and the frame options are never ending. 10/10 would recommend!

The entire staff at the Duluth location made my experience pleasant. I have tried going to other For Eye locations and always end back at the Duluth location. Great Customer service goes far. My glasses are super nice! Thank you

I have gone here since 2019 and I have to say that this year they have done their absolutely best. Dr. Kwon Choe was able to hear me out or my questions and I was able to get my glasses fixed. Not only that but Cecelia was able to help me pick out my glasses and made it more affordable for me.

Scott was awesome. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. After we shared who our insurance was with, he explained that a competitor might be more cost-effective. We did visit the competitor, and they had a larger selection. However, every lens on every pair of glasses was dirty, and their staff wasn’t as welcoming as For Eyes. While the competitor might have been more cost-effective, it’s wouldn’t have been by much. We returned to For Eyes to make the purchase. A huge factor was the confidence and trust Scott instilled. Additionally, we noticed that his teammate (sadly, I didn’t get her name) was meticulously cleaning the glasses on display when we left to check out the competing store and was still cleaning when we returned. They’re an awesome team who deliver an outstanding customer experience.

On June 24th 2024 I went in for service and was met by Cecelia ( she never stayed her name the entire time I was being assisted only heard a customer addressing her). She was very polite and her customer service upon entering the store was very admirable even to the point I expressed to her my alarming customer service experience I received at the Snellville store ealiet the morning which caused me to seek service in Duluth. She showed compassion and assisted me with my Eyewear even telling me the 50% sale that would begin 06/27 as my insurance was not eligible and it would be best to wait until that sales begin. The sales rep (Cecelia)and I agreed that she would call on 06/27/24 to complete the process over the phone which never happed. I went into the store on 06/28/24 at around 6:02pm only to have the sales rep (Cecelia)walk away when she saw me approaching to let another young lady tell me they are closed and they open at 10 am the next day. I am all for doing business during business hours but even after seeing me and she had agreed to call to complete a transaction that was already started and she just ignored the me/customer was very disappointing to me, she never tried to follow up to make it right. For Eyes seem to have a reputation of rude and inconsistent customer service representatives in their establishment. I have visited two different locations of For Eyes and they are very consistent with very unprofessional and unethical behavior. This is concerning as this is the same behavior within the same day just at different locations also this has happened on more than one occasion of me visiting a For Eyes store. My insurance does not offer much and at this point I will pay full price for exceptional customer service and not allowing this kind of behavior to be an acceptable norm for me.

I recently broke the frames to the glasses purchased from For Eyes just before the 4th of July.
I went to my local store on Pleasant Hill Rd. and Scott immediately began to attempt to repair the frame.
As they were unrepairable he was able to quickly find a matching frame for my lenses.
This was the second time I had broken the frame and on both occasions Scott had promptly found a solution to the problem.
Excellent, prompt, courteous, professional service.

Scott, Su and Cecelia at the Duluth Pleasant Hill store were so patient with me. Explained all my options thoroughly. I ended up not being happy with the Transitions and the fit of the frames. When I returned to the store to get new frames and new sunglasses, Scott helped me and was so patient, professional and courteous. I have been getting my glasses at this store since 2019 and won't go anywhere else! Thank you for excellent customer service!
