This is the best running shoe store on the planet, I’m convinced. Honestly I have been a nightmare to find a good fit for (difficult feet that are very different shapes/sizes) that will accommodate a litany of old injuries and health issues. Darby has been along for the entire rollercoaster ride and Taylor has been a huge help too. I live over an hour away in rural northeast Georgia and it is so well worth the trip. My husband and his mom have always run a lot and they swear by fleet feet and I am the same way now. I will never buy running shoes anywhere else, period. And this is my store location of choice 1000% hands down.

First time experiencing the Ideal Fit and it was great!I was completely impressed with their customer service. Their staff, Kai, was not only friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me throughout the entire process and found the right pair of shoes for me.I highly recommend this store and Kai!

Lynn and Darby both helped me and my 20 year old daughter. We purchased two ours of sneakers and a pair of inserts. They were both knowledgeable, helpful and patiently. Great shoe options and return policy.

Walked in today with my husband to get new running shoes. I was ignored by two different employees. “What are you here today for, sir?” and “Have a great day sir” as if I wasn’t standing next to him.I didn’t buy any shoes.

I’m a new runner and went into Fleet Feet today to look at shoes to reward myself for 50 miles in October! Dominic was really amazing and he helped me through the entire process. He scanned my feet to help me find the best fit and then brought out an assortment of options to try on. The shoe color that I wanted wasn’t in the store, so I went ahead and ordered them through the website. I also got a nifty running belt and some gels in the store because I was so pleased with the customer service that I didn’t want to leave empty handed. I was very impressed and would absolutely revisit for future shoes and gear! Thank you!

Dominic is personable and will go far in whatever he chooses to invest his energy into. 10/10 experience and will return for future purchases. 60 day, no-questions-asked exchange policy is important with finding the “right pair”. What an excellent business model.
