I packed an expansive Samsung Buds3Pro in a nice very rigid box and went to this store to return the item. I dropped off the box and a few days later, Samsung denied my return due to EMPTY BOX!?
Samsung sent me a video of the box, and it arrived to Samsung in a highly tampered state. I taped the shipping label in between the box opening, and someone sliced the shipping label in half with a blade to steal the item inside.
AFTER I DROPPED OF THE BOX, SOMEONE OPENED THE BOX AND STOLE THE ITEM INSIDE!!!

If I can give negative score I will. Come to the store drop off my package. My company requires the dropping receipt printed in counter but not from the self drop kiosk. The store staff refused and said I should go to a store without self kiosk. Said my request is not his business and not from his company. After I insisted him printing the receipt. He requested me to wait until everyone behind me on the line gets their services. We waited and it took him only 2 seconds to print the receipt out finally . So rude!

Both of the girls working were RUDE. Didn't want to help with printing services at all. I do not work at FedEx so I should not know how to do their job so they shouldn't act like it.

Manager hates her job and said she lost her keys to the mailbox. Sounds kind of irresponsible for a package shipping business.

I was in there before 7 PM and the sign board showing open but does not take my package and tell me to go to another location that’s open late

Nancy was AMAZING!
I had 2 last-minute projects come up this week and Nancy turned both print projects around in 1 and 2 days to help us out! These were really large orders with posters and banners and needed to be high quality.
I've seen bad reviews on here and I can only assume those bad apples have been removed. I interacted with 3 people there this week and these were rush jobs but all 3 of them were super great I just had to leave a review for them.

Awful. Twice I have placed an online order for copies, some of which needed to be laminated. Both times when I showed up to pick up my order, I discovered that they had forgotten the lamination. Twice. Which means that both times I had to come back a second time so they could fix the mistake. Sloppy.On top of that, when I arrived today to pick up my order there was a long line. I had to wait about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. When it was my turn, I told the guy I was there to pick up a prepaid print order that was complete. He said I would have to wait for the other woman to finish working with a customer before I could get it. When I asked why I had to wait for an order that was already paid for and complete, he said there was only one computer that could be used for print orders, so he just went and sat down and hung out while I and others waited in line.

Two phone tradeins through this location and both got stolen. Do you think this is a coincedence? If it were the manager or owner would have already investigated if they were innocent. But guess what nothing has been done. So you probably know why. Nevertheless never ship anything from here.

This location is one that you don’t want to drop your package OR ship any important documents. Most staffing during the afternoon hours are rude, irresponsible and under informed. Its almost appears that they don’t want to process your request and waiting to close for the day as soon as the 7:00 pm deadline. Zero customer care sense.
