I’m a very happy client of Sahar Kazemi for about 3 years .Recently I switched rest my insurance with her help to farmers insurance. And let me tell you never had an awesome agent who had as much knowledge and information and saved me so much money on my insurance.I would say she is the best in the industry and knows what she’s talking about.Would definitely recommend her and services with my eyes closed.Thank you Mrs Kazemi for honest and reliable services that you provide me and my family.?

Not sure how this lady gets 5 stars however my experience is completely different. She doesn't want to value customer's time, everytime rushing customer. This lady is rude and even told me " I have explained you multiple times ,can't do anymore". My Farmer's account was showing a due amount however my escrow was not seeing the amount, so there was huge mismatch and because of this confusion it became past due. When I called, this lady was simply trying to blame my escrow for not paying strangely when escrow is not seeing anything due on their end. My simple question was "what is my annual premium and how it is balancing out with all the payments I/escrow made as of". This lady was not even trying to answer and replied "have explained u multiple times,can't do anymore" . This lady doesn't know even how much discount I got in home insurance for my Auto policy however she is the one who wrote the policy. I am surprised to see farmers depending on these agents to expand business. I m not sure how farmers is trying to compete with statefarm and other insurance giants with these kind of agents. Most Farmer's agents are very low quality(my experience with 2 of them as of now), Very disappointed with this agent as well farmer's agent choosing policy. Everyone is good when everything is good, but you understand their actual competence when something is broke and their approach to solve the problem. This lady is completely lacking that skill.
