Mr. Lam Ngo, I have something to say to you. Your attitude as an agency owner was far from acceptable. I urge you to change that for your own benefit. I hope you now realize that. Several Vietnamese people who do not speak English very well must depend on your agency to handle their insurance needs. If you and your staff could not help your customers to meet their clients' requirements, then you know the result: people will have no choice but to take their businesses somewhere else. Frankly, I thought you were a good, nice, knowledgeable person. But I was wrong. I was very disappointed and even shocked at your attitude that day. That's all I want to say to you.

Please stay away from this agent.A bill of sale was sent to the agent to remove one of my vehicles from the policy two month ago. And never happened.I guess it's my fault that I did not confirm.This agent will not take care of your request/matter as you see other comments on Google.

They are very professional.Always very helpful every time I need help.I called them anytime of the day and left them a voicemail on weekends.They still take care of us at midnight.Explain each and very question I have.Excellent customer service!
