Had my oil change and the next day I woke up to a puddle of oil in my driveway. I took my car back so they could fix the leak. They managed to disconnect a plastic panel underneath next to the oil filter. Now my car is sitting in a Toyota service center for repairs . Every time I pull out or run over something the plastic drags along the ground. I called and asked for the manager. I spoke to an assistant manager but a manager never called me back for follow-up.

First time using Express Oil Change & Service Center and I was very pleased with the service! They were very efficient and thorough. They showed me my dirty engine air filter and asked did I want it changed. For the price it made sense to let them change it. They showed me the new oil that was put in by showing me the oil stick. They did a quick check of my lights. All this while I sat in the car. They were extremely polite and professional. Definitely would use them again!

Do not bring your car here! They did a poor job on my alignment and would not stand by their work. They wanted to charge me again for the work they did poorly. Would not recommend
