For starters this location ensures that you as a customer receives the best enterprise experience a franchise can offer. Each individual team member at this specific location is eager to help & ensure that the vehicle you are renting, meets all qualifications before lending to each driver by checking: tire pressure, cleanliness, and readiness of the vehicle. I've had the honor to work with Brian Nguyen on multiple visits alongside with his helpful colleagues! Brian has always & will be a fantastic representative to work with! Brian even goes to the extra mile by sending out farewell texts to ensure our experience was great and to our liking before closing out on the agreement made. Thank you Enterprise as well as everyone working at Satellite Blvd!

DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE!!!I rented this truck from this location and have it for like a month because I was involved in a accident and my truck was in the shop then I got stopped by the police Saturday November 18th 2023 they took the truck to a tow place then ENTERPRISE pick the truck Sunday around 12 I called Sunday and nobody gave me any information I called Monday and the person told me the truck still on the towing place I call back to the towing company and they tell me the same the ENTERPRISE PICKED THE TRUCK THE NEXT DAY THEY GOT IT !! I called enterprise again and the person told me they have the truck but was I the shop because they was fixing some damages ??? I was so surprised and asked what type of damages bc the truck was working perfectly and the reason I got stopped was bc I charged the line to fast so he didn’t gave me any reason I asked if I can get my belongings from the truck (cash and like 20 credit cards and he said I can’t until the truck is fixed!!!!! Because they don’t have access to the truck??? How you don’t have access to your own truck when is in the shop???? My truck was in the shop and I can go any time to check on … THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!today is the 29 and I still can’t get my belongings!!!!!!I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

My best friend and I came to visit ATL from Philadelphia and the manager at this location was a true blessing. We first reserved and paid for a rental car from Thirfty Car rental and that was a nightmare!! We will never do that again! After our flight was delayed 3 times we finally made it to ATL and was told that there was an 8 hour wait for cars. This was after we already paid for it. We were basically stranded at the airport looking for other alternatives but hit a roadblock because all other places were either sold out our wanted us to pay an arm and a leg for it. Long story short, we ended up taking an Uber to our location at 1am. We were tired from our day and finally went to sleep. When we got up the next morning we called 3 other car rental places and were told they also didn’t have any cars available. Then we came across this location and boom!! The Manager, Mr Nuygen said come on in we will take care of you and he stood on his promise. Not only was he professional and pleasant he made so many accommodations for us! We were able to return our care to the airport instead of back to that location without a fee which helped us tremendously to time and saving on money. He also extended the time that we had to return it back so that we were waiting at the airport too early before our flight. We will definitely but renting from this location again when we visit ATL again!! Thank you for letting us get a chance to enjoy our short time in ATL.

I love, love, love the staff at the Satellite Blvd facility in Duluth, Ga!!!! I give them 100/10. They were courteous, convenient and efficient with my rental and that is very important to the consumer. I received follow up calls to make sure everything was okay and did I need anything else and informed me to reach out to them specifically. I truly appreciated that because my car had just been totaled out and I was very frustrated. So I say to that team,THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ?.

This location exercises bad practices. I added a driver to my rental, but was not told about additional fees for doing so. Months later I received my credit card bill and had an additional $375 fee on my bill due to the charge. I called and explained to them that I only had an additional driver for 4 out of 25 days. I now feel like I should have been dishonest and let my the driver drive the car without even telling them. I added the addtional insurance on the four days my additional driver was to drive that car, but I went in and removed it after I no longer need to let anyone else drive the car. I tried to be honest, and inturn they were dishonest to me. Poor customer service. I called and explained my issue and was sent a copy of my bill to my email, and that's it.

Last two times I went, Brian Nguyen helped me. He was fast, friendly & I was very satisfied with his service. Also the place was clean, I was welcomed as soon as i walked in & everyone was very professional. Been an Enterprise Customer for years. I work for a personal injury firm & refer clients to Enterprise for Rentals because there's never an issue. Tom G

Don't come hereGo to Riverside where they do their job well without making u feel insulted for being a client of Enterprise.Cory is horrible! He has to argue. I care less for his one up man ships. He did not send my statement, he told me he does this everyday, why did he say that, I been a customer monthly since 2007, I'm here everyday too. The car had dry roit tires. Bryan gave me a car knowing the back up was broken and the horn did not work. Putting people in dangerous cars. Sara Soval said she'd help me with a billing dispute well that was a lie. Sara is nice and if she can help she will but something's she can't.The worse was Cory this time. He can't stay calm, he doea not say amounts and figures, we argued about that, and he feels he has to win an argument with you u instead of make sure you are safe in the companies car. I called to renew a few times and I was treated as a problem rather than a customer.who has been with y'all for yearsI'm trying another rental company. Enterprise is beginning to treat their clients like trash.Ps. I am not emailing the care team. Enterprise can write it for me or just keep having your managers continue to treat your customers faul. What will wrighting the care team do, that did not get done by publicly wrighting my experience on Google review to warn others.

Brian was very accommodating and attentive. He took the time to explain the features of the car and provided us with a vehicle that was perfect for our family. The pickup process was seamless and quick. Would recommend coming to this enterprise for great customer service!

If I could rate less that one star, I would. Please beware of making any adjustments to your contract by phone with representatives in office. Any promises they make to charge your card and extend a contract may not align with what they provided in agreement with you by phone. You will be stuck trying to remedy the situation by taking other measures that, unfortunately, cost more time and effort that you'd like to input. Please be mindful.As a note, I was stereotyped when speaking with management when attempting to resolve the issue. It is unfortunate that event people of color will draw inappropriate and inaccurate conclusions about others of same color based on their implicit biases. The staff need diversity/inclusion training and the management team should be replaced with TRUE professionals...if that even still exists today.Ultimately, the Lord is my provider, so I realize that I wrestle not against flesh and blood. So, I'm not concerned about the final outcome of the situation. But, it is sad to have to fight at every turn when fighting isn't even in my nature.

My favorite thing about this location is that they are very efficient. They get you checked out, in the car, and on your way without any fuss. Staff is great and the prices are fair.
