All the employees here are nice & helpful, but Freeze has been a complete life saver. My car has been in the body shop for almost a month and the shop keeps pushing my pick up date back causing me to have to keep extending my rental and Freeze has been so helpful throughout the entire process. 5 star service. Best Enterprise I've been to. They will be seeing more of me soon! Meka/Anfornee were both great! I don't remember the other guys name, but he picked me up from work to Enterprise. He was great as well!

Thanks to the Enterprise team. My car was being repaired for a recent fender bender. Their team handled everything from delivery to pickup. The car was clean and well equipped! Please think of them when you need to rent a car!

I've been renting from enterprise for over 10 yrs, the experience majority of the times exceptional. The team at Berkley lake , Ga continues to Wow my family over the years of renting.I've /been through different management teams, but the consistency of making sure customer are satisfied has never waver. The Berkley lake, team goes above an beyond to make sure they fix any issues that may take place. I've always trusted the enterprise brand, an it's mostly because of the quality of people that represent their brand.
