After a late night drive back from a family members funeral, I made the mistake of parking at the sales lot when I came to return my rental first thing in the morning when they opened. The sales lot, in the same open air lot as the rental lot, has minimal signage directing you once you turn off Satellite. At once, my friend and I were greeted by a salesman, (prompt and awesome if you're there looking to buy) Once I explained I was there to return, the salesperson's whole demeanor changed however and I was told I should park on the other side.
Acknowledging my mistake I began to get back in my car when I had a question about a sales referral that was supposed to be put on my last rental notes as I was looking to purchase a larger car soon and loved my last rental but had not received a call from anyone at Enterprise yet. He immediately cut me off as I began to speak, pointed to his shirt and said that he was sales and could not help me with a rental question.
I work in retail, half the time people have silly questions or want things out of my control but I don't cut them off while they are speaking because: 1. Human decency and 2. Customers decide where to shop based on how they're treated.
I will not be shopping here for my new car, which is unfortunate because it was the closest Enterprise Sales Center to me.

**Disappointed with Enterprise’s Lack of Support on Warranty Issue**
I am extremely frustrated with how Enterprise has handled my recent experience with their limited warranty. My car has been in the repair shop for over a week now, and despite being covered under warranty, Enterprise has failed to provide the necessary support. The issue seems to stem from Enterprise not properly entering the information into their system, which has caused significant delays in processing my claim and getting the repairs done.
I’ve reached out multiple times, only to be met with a lack of urgency and no clear resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it’s affecting my transportation needs. A warranty should provide peace of mind, but in this case, it has only added stress and frustration.
I expected better from a company as large as Enterprise and hope they will take action to correct this issue for future customers. In the meantime, I’m still waiting for the help I was promised.

I can not sing the praises of Enterprise Car Sales enough! I worked with Mike Watson for my new car. I had been searching for months for a new car; after bad experiences at a couple of dealers I had given up until Enterprise was recommended. Mike was exceptional. He walked me through the process, talked to me about cars that were in my budget, and applied 0 pressure! Mike recognized I was nervous about taking on the purchase of a new car and the position I was in needing a reliable car for myself and my family.
