I will not be using them again. Never sent my proof email. So i follow up on day of pickup cause im wprried and havent heard anything. Was told my email for proof never got sent
Then, I couldn't make any adjustments to size due to them saying it would take too long to hear back from the digatizer. The manager didn't call me back like I was told he would. Quality is horrible. Several imperfections in the embroidery. Now I'm stuck wearing these shorts to my first public speaking. The best thing about this place is the young lady at the front. She was polite everytime. I won't give 0 stars because I understand how impactful that can be, but this is not a business providing 5 star service to all of its customers.

Chris and his entire team are amazing. Always on time with orders and delivers an outstanding product. Elite has taken several short notice orders for our team and always delivered ahead of schedule.

Elite Sports did embroidery on hats and shirts, did a good job in a timely manner. I've used them several time and the quality is consistent. I recommend them.

Elite ruined our team’s 45 jackets. Aware of their poor job, Elite refunded the embroidery cost + $250. An amount not even close to the total cost of the 45 items they ruined.
After the entire team had to re purchase jackets at our own expense, we went to a different embroidery company who did a great job in record time.
If you are looking for high quality work look somewhere else. Elite’s embroidery quality is subpar. Very disappointed!

Had a great experience with Elite. They were able to remove and replace my embroidery on a company bag after I switched companies and got the logo spot on. Will definitely be back to do business with them!

Second time I've had my scrub tops embroidered with my business logo at Elite Sports Embroidery & Screen Printing, and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are reasonable too. I'm a happy customer and will definitely be returning.
