I have always appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the front-of-house staff at Elite Cleaners. Unfortunately, on three occasions upon picking up laundry/dry cleaning within the last (approximately) nine months, shirts have been returned to me with large tears in them. On two occasions, the tears were on the backs of white shirts and on the third occasion the tear was on the forearm of one of the sleeves. The business of course did not charge their per-shirt fee because they didn't launder these particular shirts. That said, something is wrong with the way shirts are being handled between customer drop-off and the actual cleaning or laundering of those shirts. Recognizing that things can go wrong in any business' operation, I was forgiving for the first two occasions, but upon the third occasion I've decided that I can no longer use this cleaner as my "go to."

Great customer service! They go out of their way to do what is asked. They always get my cleanings done when I need them. They even stayed open late for me once when I was running late in traffic.

The white clothes are not washed, they are returned dirty but ironed OMG !They also damage the buttons on clothing and do not respond Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I'm in the area, several times of the year on business from N.J. and often depend on this cleaner to take care of my shirts and other things. The people are super nice and very accommodating. Great service and very helpful.

I've only been there once but the customer service was quick-next business day after 5, dry cleaning was well done, and the prices are affordable. I brought in two ladies pants and two skirts for $17.

We have been using Elite cleaners for over 10 years now. They are the best dry cleaners that we have ever used! We have had to find dry cleaners in other cities and always compare their quality of work to what we receive at Elite Cleaners. The husband and wife owners are wonderful to deal with!

the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! took a pair of slacks in on a tuesday morning, needed 1 button replaced & standard dry-clean. came back the day he told me to, THURSDAY ANYTIME AFTER 8am. got there thursday at like 4pm. "slacks not here", the angry man, "you come back too early, i said tomorrow" me..NO! you said today anytime after 8am. his wife jumps in and says we arent open after 8pm !?!?!!!??? (what?!) i needed these pants for an interview scheduled that friday at 9:30am so instead of trusting them to actually do their job, i went out that night and bought a pair of dress pants. THIS PLACE SUCKS SO BAD! the husband & wife tag team you when they're totally in the wrong. he acted the exact same way to me as he did in the other review, yelling at me, blaming it on me, the wife just agrees & tries to bully the customer! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! i will never go back!
