There are no operating hours posted. Online hours states location is open until 6 pm ET. I have viaited the location 6 different occasions all before 4 PM ET and each time the location is always closed. I am starting to question if this place is in business or not as they are never open at all.

Fingerprinting was quick and convenient, but I have many complaints about this store. The old lady was using her phone the entire time and I had to even wait for the next step because of her unprofessional behavior. Unbelievable.

First time I went.. service didn't take too long so I was ok with everything else lol..even the lady hitting her bucket to suggest a tip. Second time.. me and several ppl showed up during open hours but it was closed.

When is this place open? You can't call & get anyone by phone. I drove over there & they we closed even though it was normal business hours. Been trying to get finger prints for 3 days now & I can't because they are closed & you can't talk to anyone.

Horrible service. Place it’s supposed to be open and nobody is here. What kind of business is this. Your hours online and on the phone stays you are open until 1pm.

THE WORST BUSINESS IN TOWN!Choose Any Where Else BUT This place!This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to Easy Mail to have fingerprints done. The employee only acknowledged me when it was my turn to be serviced. There were two other fingerprint patrons prior to me. The employee NEVER cleaned the fingerprint pad off once and had NO intentions.When it was my turn, I requested solvent of any kind to sanitize the pad. The employee gave me a piece a small piece of paper and pointed to the key pad for me to clean myself.I looked around store and saw a bottle hand sanitizer that was on the other end of the counter. I walked over, use the sanitizer to place on the napkin, and proceeded to wipe the area down.This place is very unorganized and unsanitary.

I only came here because I didn't want to go hunt down ink for my home printer. Mistake. This place is GROSS with a capital G.R.O.S.S. It is extremely dusty and unclean. There's also an odor. Guys I understand that these types of franchises can be stressful because they're not exactly cash cows BUT we still need to keep them clean for the people that do decide to give you a chance. I ended up going down the street to the UPS store where I imagine most people go once they see the condition of this place. Advise: clean up the place.

This place offers a lot a services but just one person is giving customer service. The wait time is very long.They should to have more people working here.

They should rename this place "The DIY Fingerprints Store" cause you do your own fingerprints! I had my fingerprints done last week and the lady just sit behind her little flexi glass and tell me what to do with the scanner while she talks on her personal phone. And she had the nerves to use her pen to point at a makeshift tip box. The most comical place I've ever been to. No wonder this place is dead.Also, I'm sure she's not afraid of you having Covid, she just have Anthropophobia (fear of people). Just ask your employer/place where they require the fingerprints to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. With random and mismatch store hours posted online and over the phone, I'm pretty sure you'll need to go this place at least 3 times to do a 5 minutes fingerprints.

This place is ridiculous! It's my third time attempting to go here during my lunch to get a fingerprint and they are always closed! There is always a line of people outside who have been waiting for over 30 minutes to see if the lady will ever show up. Might as well just close the store down if there is difficulties having your employees show up!

I traveled an hour for fingerprinting! Arriving at this location approximately 1:40 PM and to my surprise the doors were locked. I read store hours stating MON-FRI 12:30 pm to 6pm Sat 10am to 5pm. I was confused and pissed like were their another day in the wk I was not aware of its Friday people! Called no answer. I'm to return on Monday for my potential state job, I'm praying these people are opened for business. So unprofessional to not leave a notice or pick up their phone. Still Pissed!!

The lady was Unprofessional and rude to her customers. She is lacking customer service skills. It's ashame the way she treats the people who support the business.

I came here to get a u-haul we stood in line for 42 minutes (literally only 3 people in front of us) because there was only one lady working who was taking personal phone calls in the middle of working with an obnoxiously loud ring tone and she typed letter by letter and when we finally got to our turn, she said “oh never mind we don’t have anymore available”. Terrible costumer service.
