This storage facility FLOODS.... !!!! We lost items from 3 Unit. The water went 3 ft high. And there insurance only covers 900$ When there is a flood....This happen to this facility several times...

I was passing by one day and saw this Life Storage and decided to go check it out;being that I needed a Unit to Store some things...I went into the office to be happily greeted by this beautiful young lady named"Evana"...Her smile ? lit the room as well as the way she helped assist me with the different unit sizes,prices,and other details...She definitely does a great job as Customer Service for your company.

We went online to reserve our spot an hour later arrived at the Duluth location. Young lady in front was very friendly. She showed me the actual one that I had reserved but then she showed me one a little larger. I took that one. And my husband and I moved out stuff in with no problems. Pricing was great compared to most. And location was good too.

When we arrived at this storage it was very good, since the flood happened everything collapsed, my husband lost two yard maintenance trucks because of the flood and some of our work tools were also lost, they did not take care of it Due to the damage, some white people who were working to clean the storage facilities took part of our machinery and took it away. My husband told them to return it and they did. Days later, one of my husband's colleagues had his equipment stolen.the storage has not closed the gate again since the flood happened, and last night they stole a truck from my husband with all the tools inside, and what a coincidence that the surveillance cameras are not working. Terrible service, I'm sorry it does not give us back everything we lost

This facility flooded… I just moved in my brand new home and major items have to be replaced. The insurance has an exclusive clause on flood damage so they don’t pay out much for it. And to add it was sewage water bc my clothes smells like feces, but I was told the river flooded behind the facility when in actuality they didn’t clean the drains causing everyone things to be flooded and damaged. I have personal items from my deceased sister and grandmother that I will never be able to get back and what I am able to keep I can’t move into our new home until everything is disinfected DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE!!

Flood took everything I own and there was no compensation for it! That insurance is a joke!!Not able to get In touch with anyone so my review still stands!!

Life Storage in Duluth is great. I rent multiple units and the staff is always helpful. The property is kept clean and neat. Great place to store your stuff!!!
