City of Duluth has plenty to offer for all ages & family. Events for each season is available online and in the visitors center. There's also the public library which has open access. Library card members can access the library 2 hours before opening & later on after closing. There's plenty of eateries, bars, music halls, parks, and self guided tours. A really neat place for the community.

What a pleasant experience. While in Duluth, GA - named after Duluth, MN(see railroad history) my husband and I wandered across the street from Parson’s Alley to the City Hall Park.Perfect evening, no humidity, we just sat in Adirondack chairs and watched countless kids (& some adults) splash and laugh in the splash pad fountain⛲️. Loads of space for people to lounge on the lawn, kick the ⚽️ or throw the ?.The park also has an amphitheater for outdoor concerts and movies. Surrounded by quaint shops and tons of food options makes this a great place for a romantic picnic, place to cool the kids off, or take in a show.We were impressed with the whole Downtown Duluth area.

If I could leave a zero I would. I called city hall to speak to Ms. Ward for pouring permits for a week straight. Never got a call back I even e-mailed the specified -E-mail designated by the receptionist. When I finally went in person, Ms. Ward told me to my face I never called. She asked what place of buisness I needed the permit for I told her and she automatically "without looking or searching" told me it wasn't within city limits. Didn't know she had a computer for a brain! If she would have just called me back in the first place I wouldn't have wastes my time. Worst civil service ever! Sincerely- the girl that did call you. Lazy! I swear.
