Called Discount Tire and gave them what I needed and Gary offered me three different options without me asking, which is great customer service. Even knowing that they're closing in 1 hour, he still took my appointment and got me out of the store in an hour, unlike other tire stores. Thank you guys for your professionalism and customer service.

Solid operation, employees were knowledgeable, friendly and I was in and out with all four tires replaced in less than 30 minutes. They even re-calibrated my TPMS system, overall good experience.

Just came from here now I have to waste another hour, because they broke 2 of my stud, they also lost my tire valve caps, they didn’t give me my original lug nuts I had to ask for it. And when I said my tire was under warranty and the technician confirmed I had a warranty they still tried to charge me. I told him once again that I had a warranty then he takes the charge off. They whisper and mumble all there words.
They broke 2 of my 5 studs and told me to go drive 15 min to another shop. Why couldn’t they tow my car. It’s really dangerous to drive with only 3 studs. Last time I go to any discount tires and I’ve been going for years only reason I go back is the warranties. I’m at the new auto shop and he just said 3 are broken not 2. So I drove 15 min with only 2 studs. I could have crashed or hit someone else. But they don’t care at discount tires. If only I had my own tire press.

Great service Alex was super friendly and nice. He explained everything very well. Had some trouble with air pressure after driving off and came back got it fixed and he came out to check if everything was ok. I would definitely recommend.
