Olivia provided exceptional customer service. I had a family emergency that required for me to apply for a personal loan. Olivia was patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, and honest about the best option for my situation. Also, I was able to open two accounts and receive my debit card the same day. It's been over 20yrs since buying a new car. I wanted to acknowledge two special DCCU employees. Keisha H. (Satellite) and Karen H. (Buford). Both ladies were professional / patience and knowledgeable of the car buying process. What sticks out the most was how they both went over and beyond to ensure that I had all my questions answered and was walking away with a good deal from the dealership. I had a great experience working with both and appreciate their time and support.

I was having issues with my account so I called the customer service line. The rep was so sweet and kind. She was very helpful. She was patient with me trying to get my information together. She stayed on the line and made sure I had all my issues resolved. These people don't get enough credit for dealing with frustrated clients. I was totally flustered, but she stayed calm and walked me through resolving my situation. Thank you!

I had a great experience getting a few money orders at this place. I am not a Delta Community Credit Union member, but I am a member of a different out-of-state credit union. Their shared branch policies make it easy to do business here if you’re a member of another credit union in the network.

This review is not for the people at this specific location - they are all professional and couteous - but for Delta Community as a whole.They put holds on checks over a couple hundred bucks.I have never had a bank that denied me access to my own money. It is absurd.

This credit union has some of the rudest people you will ever meet. The manager is rude and doesnt listen and they always have lines. In addition, the way the manager talks down to employees in front of customers is sad. I would not use this branch, I'd go to Snellville where there is less of a line and people are more professional.

What's the point of sending out flyers saying new account will receive $150 after completing the requirements. Well it's almost 4 months now and still have not receive any. And oh.. the customer service is not so friendly at all!! ?

Great place to exchange coins. Unfortunately they had only 1 teller available inside so the wait time was quite long. They did finally open a second line after 5 people were in line.

I had a recurring payment taken out of my account twice due to an error of my insurance company. When I contacted Delta and completed the paperwork, Delta immediately which in refund mode and got my monies back in my account so that I could finish my Xmas shopping for my grandchildren.
