Bought a new Pirelli tire on April 6, 2022. However, it was on back order for 4 months. Installed Aug 2, 2022, but I've been told my 1 year roadside warranty was started back in April when I bought the tire, not at the Aug install day. So I am out almost $500 for a warranty that is 10 days over due from date of purchase (called in for appointment at dealer on the 16th to replace the tire). Fantastic customer service!

Stab in a back when you decide to spend your hard earn money on this business to only be treated terrible. Learn about customer service and letting people use the bathroom. Bring in a pottery porter if such a problem.

Where do i begin, this warehouse is the absolute worse, from the warehouse manager to assistant manager i have never seen this level of unprofessionalism. They do NOT treat their employees right, people come and go, long hours spent for lil to no reward for the type of work done. I do NOT recommend any one work here, and bless the people that do.

As a semi truck driver maybe I didn’t meet the right person that has some humanity in his brain , he didn’t let you use their restroom even he knows I will be waiting for more than 3 hours to get unloaded ,
No respect to human needs ,!!!
