I don't know why people complain about this store. May be these customers are rude. I like this store. Rhonda is the most dedicated and helpful staff member along with the pharmacy staff.

Every single time I come here I have to wait at least 20 minutes- sometimes even up to an hour- to pick up prescriptions that I’ve already been notified are ready. They consistently have a prescription missing and every single employee I’ve interacted with (at least 4) have been unable to help in an effective way. Literally worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to.

The pharmacist working at 10 a.m. on Feb. 19th is not familiar with several Georgia laws pertaining to health care and prescriptions. She was extremely rude when I attempted to educate her. Just another reminder why I avoid CVS pharmacy.

I just cannot understand why the Pharmacy needs to be this rude. This has been my default location for 3 years now and I've picked up prescriptions about 20 times, and every single time, they are unnecessarily rude.Today was no exception. I waited in line, and this lady with a doo rag asks "NEXT" after helping the customer in front of me. She doesn't even greet, she just looks at me. I told her I need to pick up and while I'm speaking she interrupts, "License". So I gave her my driver's license, and as I'm handing it over to her, I try to explain, "I have two profiles under that name, and so I'm just trying to pick up the latest one".Before I can finish that sentence, I kid you not, she screams almost at the top of her lungs with a very condescending finger wagging IN MY FACE and says "HOLD ON! LET ME FIGURE OUT MY STUFF HERE".I was utterly shocked that I didn't even know how to respond. Then after about 30 seconds, she says angrily, "you have two profiles on here, what's going on?" To which I responded, "Yeah, that's what I was trying to tell you before you screamed at me". She then replies very condescendingly "I never screamed".It's like this EVERY single visit. I could just stand there and breathe and they will scream at me. I just don't know what it is.

This is a typical CVS. PLEASE NOTE: This CVS is NOT accessible via Pleasant Hill Rd. northbound. Google Maps shows a route through the parking lot of the Caliber/Mavis stores, but access to CVS is BLOCKED. CVS is ONLY accessible via Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Northbound. or Pleasant Hill Rd Southbound.

Bad service, the Asian woman who serves in the pharmacy is racist and mistreats customers. Cvs should not allow personnel like that to serve the public.

As a former employee and operations manager for CVS, (which I have not been working for, for about a year now)... I will not be coming to this location again. Management has no good customer service or problem solving skills. I went to self checkout, typed in my phone number, paid for my HSA items, and got a $1 and $3 off my next purchase which I then tried to use on my next purchase WITH THE SAME PHONE NUMBER and it rejected it. Management shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do, and there was no way for her to override it. I had to laugh because there absolutely is a way to fix the problem, and if you read this ma'am, all you had to do was press "coupon issue" and scan the coupon. Pro tip . I was expecting a store manager to know how to fix coupon issues, but this wasn't the first time I've had an issue with this particular store manager and even had to educate her on the things you can do on the register. So I'm going to go to my regular CVS to use my coupons where they actually know how to fix a simple problem like that or even give you a solution or an alternative, and not just shrug their shoulders. Just know, if you're like me and have "multiple" CVS cards under your ONE phone number and you get coupons, you won't be able to use them at this store!

seems like cvs is not able to up hold its function as a pharmacy. perhaps they should dissolve this ability and simply be a retailer for cheap Chinese products. at least the population of the country will not have the expectation of this corporation being able to fulfill prescriptions.

this CVS sucks. went in to buy some stamps, looked around and couldn’t find them so i walked around the store for 15 minutes looking for an employee to help and was unsuccessful. do better fools

Tom Magutu very helpful. Came in just before closing without appt. and still got the shot in 5 minutes with other customers in line
