You know what, I just love the staff at this location! We moved away from Duluth years ago and I still drive down here to pick up my prescriptions. I just want to give a shout out to B and her awesome team who literally came to my rescue today. I am always coming here for my family members meds, but today it was for me. I tested positive for Covid and my doctor called in my script that needed to be started right away. Without hesitation, team member B got my medicine ready by the time I drove to the store. I want to thank B, V, the awesome pharmacists ( S and T) , and the others team members who always greet me with a smile . Thank you guys so much for keeping my family healthy all of these years ! God bless!

Nosy Korean pharmacist who questioned and was upset about why I switch different stimulants. Adderall is on a national shortage. Oh, someone forgot? I asked for her information and fax number. Got mad and demanded a physical prescription copy. You’re not my doctor. Now I can switch to a different pharmacy. Thanks.

The manager at this store was SO kind, patient and helpful with me. I went back and forth with questions I had about a product I had purchased, and she was super helpful, answered all my questions patiently and kindly- and helped me with everything I needed!

They discriminate against people with medical conditions. The manager Kimberly is rude, and a liar, Joy is rude and yells at customers. My sister was kicked out of the store because she has a medical condition and can not wear a mask. She informed both employees that aggressively approached her and made her leave. Manager said she saw the whole thing when I called about it and said my sister purchased her items and left!!! WRONG LIAR!!!! If that were the case I would not be making this phone call. I told her my sister's right were violated. Long story short no apology was given the manager Kim kept interrupting me but my sister was allowed to return to the store. No one apologized. This store should be sued, the manager and her staff should be fire. No way to treat people!! Discriminated against a medical condition from a store that provides medical products. Pathetic.

These five stars are for Malique and only him. As soon as I came in, he greeted me politely and told me, along with all the other customers, that we need anything we can holler for him. Dude has a great attitude and is probably one the best employees I've met. I hope y'all are paying that man well because you can't buy customer service like that. Thanks again Malique

My regular cvs. They usually have everything that I need. The pharmacy staff is always nice and answer any questions that I have, no matter how annoying I may be. The store staff is always welcoming and make the transaction quick and smooth. I just wish they had a clearance section

I'm extremely disappointed. My mother had surgery and was recently released from the hospital. I came to this location to fill the pain medicine prescription. I dropped off the prescription at 1:20 pm. Tandid and Sue are the two who assisted me with this process and initially seemed helpful. I was told by both employees it would take 1 and a half - 2 hours for the medicine to be ready for pick up. I left a phone number and expressed my mother is going to need the medicine as soon as it's available and to contact us once it's ready. I never received a call or text and when I called no one answered the phone. I decided to make the 15 minute drive and just go there in person to check. I'm not being told it will be another 30 minutes before it's ready. I will never again return to this pharmacy.

I purchased some Oreos from here. Got home and they were stale. The expiration date on the box said May 2017!!! WTH! Today is 10/30/2017!!!!! Are they not checking their inventory on a regular? I took the cookies back and the cadhier said sorry do you want to exchange? Really? I should get my money back and they should've comped me on the cookies for my inconvenience. I could've gotten sick. Smh.
