The store rep Airam was totally a scammer type of sales person. She introduced me to an older iphone version with reduced priced promotion with signing up for 3 months of Cricket service plan. Because I have to go on a vacation in 3 months so I particularly asked her at least 2 times about the unlocking time frame so I will be able to use the phone while travelling. She kept telling me its 3 months and I just needed to call the customer service to unlock the phone after 3 months of service plan. I had to call the customer service yesterday to downgrade the plan because I do not use a lot of data so I do not really need an unlimited data plan. Since I was on the phone anyway so I asked the customer service if the unlocking time frame was indeed 3 months and I found out it was actually 6 months!! If I didn't call in yesterday I probably will run into a very bad situation that I won't be able to use the phone while travelling!! So I called a different Cricket store and also found out I got over charged for accessories. This is totally unacceptable and the worst thing can happen to a customer is being lied to sign up for promotional plans then found out it was not really what she told you. When I confronted Airam she was very defensive and twisted what she originally told me and that just made everything a lot worst. Stay away from this dishonest saleswoman!
