Have bought numerous good quality items from Costco. Most of the time their prices are lower than competitors. Also, on the few occasions I’ve had to return an item it’s absolutely no problem. They do often have long lines but are quite organized and the line moves quickly. At this time, I have no negative comments.

Ordered 9 grand worth of appliances in a package a month ago. First my package got lost, then Costco pushed me back and forth with the supplier/distributor (another company outside of Costco). Finally they found my order and shipped it. Then, nearly a month after my order, the delivery team shows up and "forgot" my stove and fridge. Now I am trying to get ahold of someone in customer service so they can somehow track down my lost fridge/stove.
They should sell peanuts at Costco so you can get ready for the the absolute clownshow circus that is Costco Appliances.

Customers: most are reckless cut in line and show no courtesy. Want to know where the worst drivers in metro Atlanta are? come here and you will see them not respecting stop signs, yielding, protected green, and parking at the tire pump where there’s a sign that says do not park unless you are pumping.
Employees: very rude and they don’t say thank you or even pretend like they care. They are not worth the $25/hr they are paid.
Crime: this is in a bad part of Gwinnett with car window glasses found throughout parking lot
Do not come here unless you just need to pump gas. The way they structure the parking lot is just reckless and foolish.

Just remember this: if you could, don't shop this Costco on weekends because it's always super crowded on weekends. Out of all the Costco stores in the metro Atlanta area I have shopped, this Costco is my favorite for a few reasons.
First, unlike the other Costco stores, it charges lowest tax rate for food at 2% and non-food merchandise at 6%, at some other stores 3.75% and 8% respectively.
Second, it carries more Asian food items, such as snacks, sake, and ice cream bars from Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, and etc.
Third, its meat price is always very competitive and beats all the nearby grocery stores. I buy tons of ribeye steaks, lamb legs, grass-fed beef burger patties, and pork bellies here. Their price is always good.
I need to take one star off for the tire center though. Last November, I had bought 4 new tires from them. When they installed the tires, they didn't put back one lug nut on a front wheel, which delayed my long trip to North Carolina. I didn't notice that until I got home. First, they denied it and then tried to bargain. But, eventually they found the lug nut. When I went back, the manager apologized for this inexcusable mistake. I had him double check whether the lug nuts all had the right torque specs, which he did.
You have to make sure they do their job right. It's a must. The other day, I had my car's first oil change at Atlanta Toyota, which is very close to this Costco. They overfilled oil, which can damage the engine. I went back and they did another drain and refill. They overfilled again. I wouldn't go back to Atlanta Toyota for service. If they can't do the simplest maintenance job right, the chances are that they can't do more demanding jobs right either.

I’m not a member, but had to pick up my prescription. I was seriously thinking of signing up, but changed my mind due to ill treatment. They had an escort take me and my son to the pharmacy because we’re not members, we couldn’t even look around the store to see if membership would be a good option and when my son saw someone from his kindergarten class, he wasn’t able to go say hi. It felt like we were being treated like criminals.
I’m eating a two because the woman on the pharmacy was very kind and knowledgeable.

Tried to be nice with my gigantic smile, and a good customer, apparently got yelled at by a cart collector in the parking lot. I might be misunderstanding at the first place. My big smile didn’t do any Dent on this card collector at all, instead, I got yelled at with an unnecessary loud “whatever” After I decided to pull my empty cart back to the collective rolls inside the store shade. FYI
